Malabar Gold & Diamonds — Very bad Customer service while selling the gold.

While purchasing gold, customers are attended immediately and service by the whole team will be mouthwatering customer service.
But if you go to sell your gold you can see the real picture
I am a 8 years old customer with Malabar Gold. When i was buying gold i was so happy with the customer care and i believed the whole team was customer friendly. But when i came to sell gold for emergency purpose, there was no person to attend me and i waited for 20 minutes. And took more than an hour to do their process and they said they cannot give Cash due to their policy which was not intimated to me while i am buying so we agreed to have bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS). I taught NEFT / RTGS transfer will be done usually in 24hrs. But the Account and the Executive in the branch said that it will take 3 - 4 working days.
i spoke to the branch head and the executive that as per bank norms usually the RTGS / NEFT should be done in 24 hrs and why it is taking 3 - 4 days and i cannot wait because i have a emergency. But they were stubborn and they said that's our company policy and all the payments will be done from head office and they will take 2 - 4 working days.
And i asked them whether these company policies are intimated to the customers while buying and have they disclosed the said Policy in the terms and conditions which they give in customer bill.
Then they said i visited store late so RTGS / NEFT is Not possible because tomorrow is Second Saturday and following day is Sunday and i conveyed i was there for two hours and executive attended me after 20 min and they replied me only when our executives are free we will attend and customers have to wait till then.
Not only i was insulted before other customers and I became helpless in my emergencies and had to leave the store without money. Please Beware before buying gold from this store because selling may be a nightmare for you.
