One of the representatives called me to renew the bill and told me 21st Aug is my last date to renew. I paid the interest amount and the principal of what they asked for on 20th August itself through ONLINE. But now it is showing that the bill got renewed only on 22nd Aug and the interest rate is now changed. Why should I pay the higher interest rate when I already renewed my bill on time? This is not the first time. These representatives are very lethargic and irresponsible. They repeatedly do the same worst thing like a fraud.
Now they are asking us to pay Interest for 1.5 % because of their irresponsibility. Why should I ?
