One of the representatives called me to renew the bill and told me 21st Aug is my last date to renew. I paid the interest amount and the principal of what they asked for on 20th August itself through ONLINE. But now it is showing that the bill got renewed only on 22nd Aug and the interest rate is now changed. Why should I pay the higher interest rate when I already renewed my bill on time? I took loan from Manappuram Finance on behalf of Gold. Now because of the second wave of Covid my family got infected and also I lost my job not able to pay my hospital bills. Manappuram Finance agent are Torturing, abusing and harrasing me because I am not able to pay some amount of interest. I have already requested them to give me some time.

Manapuram manager and rm is very rude. They are torturing me to auction my gold....

I paid Rs 1200 against to my manappuram finance against the Gold loan account through paytm on 03/04/2019 at 4.55 pm.I received a message from paytm and manapuram finance about "payment success" but that amount was not credited to my gold loan account.That the same day, I made two payments through PAYTM against this loan account that the first amount of ruppes 1000 is reflected to this loan account but the second payment of rupees 1200 against...

Manapuram manager and rm is very bad they are torturing the customer in auction time they wanted the gold to sale out and take commission they are making customer mental torture in kharghar branch manapuram they telling that 3 months time after that they are mot waiting at all they directly puting in sale out in manager and rm commission basis they are damaging manapuram company name...

I took the lone in Manappuram finance, Branch people they didn't inform me about the payment Policy throw Mobile APP. After 2 months they inform use payment Policy that is every month we have to pay interest amount 2 time in a month then only interest rate should be converted into 1 rupee or If we don't pay 2 time interest in a mount interest should be converted into 2 rupee

Today I called to Customer care people they told...

I have paid my gold LOAN amount through online but it didn't reflect to my LOAN account hence i am unable to take my gold back after paying amount.
Customer service people mainly in online application given contacts are fake people who gives you fake assurances and promises.

Today they made me to wait 2 hours simply by giving bull ### reasons and after that no one picked up my calls.

I was submitted my account details in the day of 16th of december, all my bank ifsc code and check to respectable branch with request letter. But after 20 is gone, the management are not giving proper information when i get the money, why they went to delay, what is the actual issue. And yesterday when we went to take it back they say the chain is missing from their locker and they accept that the mistake is from their side and are ready to pay for the chain as per market price.
