I am calling manapuram yousufguda basti branch but there employee answer very negligence and not proper respect.

Branch, rajabajar branch. Rm office,

I'm Marimuthu from gudalur Theni district. Branch ID 1422 . Employee code 314932. I'm not receiving my PF amount.. If I contact my head office they are not answering properly. I want my PF amount as much as earlier. I'm eagerly waiting for ur reply..

the answer is simple, jo go through the current price of gold and also mention that about antique item, because you said that it was moms chain.so my opinion was to accept the montly and also the uncarefulness charge.charge should decide u only.

manappuram finance — Duplicate 500 Rs Note

Dear Sir,
My name is ''Shaikh Nisar'' and i have take a gold loan 305000 Rs last year December 2010 Month and it was remburse on 23february 2012 due to gold price hike and reembursement money as per valuation i got more 69000 as on dated 21 february 2012,
The matter is out of 69000Rs 50000Rs i have given to my wife to deposit in the ICICI bank on my account when she went to deposit in ICICI bank and when the cashier check all the money one 500Rs its duplicate and they dont want to return back and that time i was unable to come in bank so i told to my wife talk to bank manager and told him return back that Rs and take new 500Rs, but they denoed as per RBI rule, idesperate and told to give me some rference record so they made ''Annexure'' and hand over to my wife the same annexure i taken and went to Manapuram Finance at Ghatkopar branch but after One month because i was bussy on my dutty.............when i told to manapurram finance manager this is the annexure please give me 500Rs as u have given a duplicate not but she denied to give me back my money when i asked kindly check your record that date as per serial not or u can come to ICICI bank for verification but she totally denie and told me that cashier already resign and we are not responsible for that....
My querries No. 1 ...............why cashier has resign is this good every month cashier change.
2) Manapurram manager not accepting my querries when iam showing a Annexure, atleast she can verify the matter....
3) Last querry how we assure that next time when we collect the money from cashier it is not a duplicat money even they have machine checker ....
finally i didnot get money back and what shall i do shall i book complaint against manapurram in police station and check cashier all money may be they are cheating to lot of people.....

i am an employee of mannapuram gold finance they are treting employees as their slaves without any reasons they are deducting salary and they are torcharing us by the name of transfer they never care for the employees please candidites think twice while working with company thank you

Sub:-Refund the R.D. Amount & Salary for the month of October 2008 Regards.
With respect to the above subject, I Roopesh K Kochrekar, recruited a Recovery Staff Manappuran Gold loan Finance Ltd, Karwar Branch on 24.04.2008 bearing Employee Code:-70617. R.D Amount of Rs.500/- were debited every month from monthly salary for the period of 7 months. But when I had been transfered to kerala branch on 31.10.2008 that time may be salary amount was also trasfered to kerala branch. But due to the some personal problem I was not able to report kerala branch & I resigned the respect to post.

So I Kindly request you to refund the R.D. Amount & Salary for the month of October 2008.

I WENT TO PAY INTEREST TO CHETPET BRANCH ( MY BRANCH IN MYLAPORE) THEY TOLD THE AMOUNT TO PAY BUT I TOLD THERE IS DIFFER FROM UR CALCULATION BUT THERE IS NO REPONSE FROM MANAPURAM... SO PLS BEFORE PAYING THE INTEREST ASK THEM WAT TYPE OF INTEREST U CALCULATING VERIFY AND PAY... MANAGERS SHOULD TAKE CARE THERE BRANCHES... KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO CHANGE THE ATTITUDE OF MANAPURAM WORKERS...

morning 8.30 was an very stupid timing because customer want to wake up and come to manappuram means 9.30 am was the normal company timing what a ridiculous timing is this ?

I have a same scheme in Bangalore in Ramurthinagar and i have different pledge i went on June 17th and paid the first pledge and the second pledge due date was on 20th so i went on 20th of June to pay for the second pledge and enquire about the first pledge as to how many days i have to renew it as it was almost a year and instead of taking interest for the second pledge they took for the first pledge which i paid 3 days back .. so for a month they charged me twice when i raised the issue they are telling the employee is new he does not know and they can reverse the payment and because of which my second pledge as added intrest as well there is double loss i have to pay more for teh second pledge and for the first pledge they charged me twice for a month and are not ready to refund as well the mangager is also in hand with the employee this is in the Ramurthinagar branch and they are refusing to give the complaint number or emai id to raise a complaint as well.. and all the employees in the firm join along with the manager around 5-6 of them and arguing telling he is a new employee he didnt see he does not know how do i resolve the issue this is day light robbery and they claim they dont check and just collect the money my pledge is taken in navaran branch this is not genuie reason .. how do i resolver the issue
