Manipal Hospital — Complaining about the misleading service done by emergency department in manipal old airport branch.

They are running a medical scan business and looting the people. I took my mother for vomiting, upper abdomen pain and lose motion. They didn’t treat these issues. Instead they were pressuring the family to keep to admit her in hospital for 3 days for cardio treatment which is not the case. When I didn’t agree for that and started asking cross questions, all these inexperienced medical intern students could not answer me properly. They started saying that we need to do cardio multiple tests which are completely unnecessary. As if they are the sells man of manipal and they have a target to loot the money of people. When the main doctor came and said in front of me that it’s gastric issues, give her medicine and injection for that, after that also those medical intern students were mentally forcing the family to go for all cardio tests. The main doctor suggested ultra sound which I can understand. But these medical students also added those cardio tests along with ultra sound. I don’t know when did they do those test. They were so unorganised. A normal person can easily understand their level of knowledge in the medical fields. After keeping my mother for 6-8 hours, they didn’t resolve the vomiting, upper abdomen pain issues. Rather they were asking me you have to sign a consent form that against their advised, we are taking the patient. I asked him whatever tests you suggested, I did. But instead of resolving the main issues, you are still asking me to keep her. Why her pain has not gone? He could not answer me. Even All their cardio and ultra sound reports were good, they were trying their best to keep the patient for 3 days to fulfil their collection target. They are so unorganised that in one report patient name and age are written something and in another report, it was different. They didn’t do stools test but in report they have mentioned. In. One report, admission and discharge time were something and in another it is completely different. They gave me ultra sound plates but didn’t give me the report. Now you can understand what are they running. It is a pure medical scan business to rob people’s hard work money. There must a Govt. regulatory body who can take action against such institution who treats medical as a business and mislead people, loot people’s money without addressing the issues. See the attachment. You can find out that in final payment time of discharge is 2:59am 23/12/22 and in their report time of discharge is 9:55pm 22/12/22. Also stool is not checked but they mentioned it in laboratory test.
