Our appointment time was 2:15 with doctor avnesh seth gastrologist but that appointment is delayed by half an hour which is not acceptable. If there is a delay hospital should have informed us about the delay so that we communicate accordingly. we are waiting for the appointment from past half an hour and lady at the reception is saying it will take more time. I need to complaint about this please consider this on high priority otherwise I will escalate it higher authorities.

Today night operator not responding and also took out the phone receiver and put it aside.

Went for just take advice from doctor on small cut on chin for my kid, but they did big scene and suggested suturing and without asking our consent they started initiating. We took our kid back but just for suggestion they charged around 1000rs. They dont leave people once we are inside emergency care unit, felt nurse and doctor like leeches, they are not allowing us to come out without taking procedure. After a big fight we could come out of emergency ward but for that also they charged around 1000rs even without writing any medicines or proper billing. It's waste of time. Please don't go to Manipal Varthur Kodi(Whitefield), previously it was Columbia Asia, They are looting people with out proper reasons.

It is almost more than 15days, I have been contacting customer care for refund but no-one is giving proper response....

I called this morning for my 8 year old daughter blood report spoke to Jenfier she said lab person will call and update. I get a call back from VARUN and he wants all the info again ( when you call back you will have the details handy right) I give it to him and he says call back again at 9:30 am and check so I had to say when I have called once it is not enough I need to call back again and again is it...he says which number do I call ..Buddy you have just called me why behave so unprofessionally - dont want to serve customers then what are you doing at MANIPAL ...move on in life dont irate customers mentally when they are going through a lot.

I have give the sample to the hospital for reports on last wednesday.they said i will get reports on 3 days.but after 8 days i have not got the reports.every day they are saying next day you will get your reports.patient's condition is detoriating.but they dont care.

I have not done the MRI test but it has been charged in the bill.

We were given a Manipal Hospital, Millers rd Bangalore home care coordinator's contact to rent Oxygen concentrator . We paid the deposit and one month's rent for the same. However it was never delivered as my mother got better. The coordinator who was paid has not returned out money yet. Everyday he gives us a new story about it will be done by the end of the day. This is on going since December 15th.

This is to certify and file a complaint against the biggest disappointment that I have currently faced at Yeshwanthpur Hospital.
The brand name that you carry and mark negligence on the service by providing a wrong medication against what was prescribed by the doctor.
I Adarsh Poddar (MH[protected] visited on 3rd January for Gastritis and Acidity, for which I was provided guidance under Dr. Prashanth. The doctor prescribed me SOS Pain Killer ELIDICET 50MG, and I was given EPICTAL 500MG from the pharmacy at the reception and was advised to take 3 tablets after food. A total consumption of 1500MG Per day. Both the medicines are extremely separate and make me undergo side effects majorly.
My Side Effects include: Bowel Spasm and blood clots
Burning Urine Sensation
Aggressiveness and Mood Swings.

This is an absolute negligence behaviour and I am writing to you for the response on this behaviour, before I file my case over negligence on the Consumer Court and you should have the proper RCA.

Please treat this e-mail as my official complaint and any delay in response under 12 hours will further add to negligence.

Why do some of the MANIPAL HOSPITALS (Goa) - OPD doctors recommend CT / MRI Scans, to be taken from another outside "Radiance Diagnostics" Scan Centre - when there are latest MRI / CT Scan facilities and equipment - available within the hospital itself?
Sounds like an unholy nexus (with the hospital administration's full knowledge)

I NITIN RAGHAVA BHANDARY, WORKING IN MANIPAL PRESS. My wife was admitted on 7th November 2022 for delivery in Emergency . Delivery was done on that day itself (7th November 2022).
My wife ESI procedure was accepted, but for my born baby ESI was not accepted . Reason given by KMC Hospital Manipal, in billing department was ESI will not accepted but the bill is 8000/- approx. with Hospital discount 4391/- has to pay .
But as per the ESI department they should get the information from the hospital . So, now once the procedure is done by Hospital now it will not be claim by ESI dispensary.

My father was admitted to Manipal Hospital on 8th Nov 2022 and his mind was disturbed and 1:17 o’clock on 9th Nov we sent him to the radiology department for MRI scanning, while doing the MRI that person was watching YouTube and he is scanning MRI. This guy is not serious about the patient. My father was not stable during the MRI scanning. that time he asked me to go inside the MRI chamber and hold my father. How can he say the patient attender to go inside the radiology, its harmful to the body and full of radiation. this is my bad experience in Manipal hospital ITPL. Please take an action against this irresponsible person immediately who scans the MRI as mentioned date, otherwise, the patient life will go without being properly diagnosed in the report.

On the day of discharge my medicines had taken by the nurse in that meropenem vial is there it cost 5000rs, after discharge i checked the refund bill but it's not there, wher it gone, I called so many times to complaint about that nobody responded

I get my father for dialysis thrice a week to Manipal hospital goa. The dialysis staff is high unprofessional. Especially the department head supervisor Mr Sunny, who is arrogant and unprofessional. He refuses to give dialysis treatment to my father if I question about his dialysis machine which are not working and defective. He threatens us saying that we cannot do anything to them if anything happens to my father during dialysis as we have signed a consent form. He is very arrogant and rude in his approach
