We were given a Manipal Hospital, Millers rd Bangalore home care coordinator's contact to rent Oxygen concentrator . We paid the deposit and one month's rent for the same. However it was never delivered as my mother got better. The coordinator who was paid has not returned out money yet. Everyday he gives us a new story about it will be done by the end of the day. This is on going since December 15th.

Please be aware of renting via Manipal hospital. We also rented some equipment for my Mother in law in November, the equipment was rented for 24 hrs. We had hoped that they would return the deposit and half month's rent back. This was rented via Portea, they too took close to 2 months to return the deposit after a lot of back and forth. They refused to return any percent f the rental, even though it was rented only for 24 hrs.
