[Resolved]  Manipal Hospital — Money racket factory

This is the most unethical hospital. It is a completely money-churning factory at the cost of the patient's health. Recently, it has started playing with the H1N1 cases. All the simple viral flu cases are referred for H1N1 tests, as each test costs 5K. Faked reports are being produced, in order to promote the brand name of the hospital for maximum turn around of positive & healed cases. I have been a victim of the same. Dr. Pankaj, reputed Doctor from General Medicine Deptt from the hospital is one such doctor, who is referring maximum viral flu cases as H1N1, in order to meet the target given to him by the hospital. When I counter-questioned him about my positive report given by the hospital, as my chest x-ray done at the same hospital was clear & as my report had come negative, when done at Command hospital, he turned defensive & said that Army hospitals were worst hospitals. This kind o[censored]nprofessional & unethical doctors should be banned & put behind bars, as they play with the health of the patient & put them under tremendous mental pressure. Would request to kindly stop this kind of practice at your hospital, before we citizens take up a serious case against the hospital & put a halt to such malpractices being carried inside the hospital.
