Manipal Hospital — Negligence of Doctors

My hospital no 4324008. Myself Rituparna Mukherjee. I admitted in Manipal Hospital Whitefield branch on 14/04/21 for taken sample for biopsy and released on 15/04/21. My surgery done by Dr Manjunath Haridas.
Biopsy was suggested by Dr Sheetal. And she clearly written in her prescription that sample taken for 3 nos test
1) Histopathology
2) Genxpart
3) Mycrobactorial culture.

But when I go to collect the report I got the Histopathology report but same time I stunned to know that they have not taken any sample for Genexpert.
And as per Dr Sheetal that report that Genexpert is most important for my further treatment.
I think it is totally negligence of Doctors and total loss of money. As well as it is creating a bad impression about that hospital. And now I am start to make campaign among my friends that not go to Manipal Hospital.
