Manish Tours & Travels — Cancellation of service without prior notice and providing worst alternative service

I have booked 2 tickets on www.abhibus.com with the manish travels from tirupati to bangalore, journey date 7/3/2016. and ticket id-
(#TS-ABB26174345LSU and #TS-ABB26174847QXH).

when the people went to hire the bus, they were told that the service is cancelled with out any prior information, sms or call.

They provided an alternative with some other bus service with the seat numbers 51 and 52(last row in the bus).

The seat numbers I have booked was 12 and 13.

Why should some one travel in the last row for a long journey, though they have booked the ticket 4 days prior to journey?

If at all there is a communication 2-3 hours prior to the journey time, we would have gone for alternatives.

This is pathetic service.

The negligence of the private bus operators need to be condemned and strict action need to be taken for their carelessness and don't care attitude.
