Hi team,

I had booked a package mysore-ooty-coonoor 2 nights 3 days from your marathali branch (Bangalore) on (07/09/2018) and mr. Shiva committed that the return from coonor to bangalore would be sleeper but instead of that they provided govt ksrtc bus which was very difficult to travel for us.

Mr. Shiva (Manish travels - marathali branch) he said that the return amount will be transferred to my account in 7 days but till date i have not received. I have follow up with him like 20 times but no output yet.

Kindly refund the amount at the earliest else will raise a complaint against to manish tour and travels.
