I purchase longifene A stimulant from wellcare medical located at gandhinagar i was observed that bottom of bottle shape not proper.base of the was not proper we could on put it on table properly..please find photo for more clearity.i had return that bottle to medical but i didnt get money or replacement of bottle.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring into your kind notice that I bought ScarEnd from the market to remove my sacars, occurred due to abrasion by road accident . I had a good experience with the product, as after using the product, scars were lightened. However, one thing I noticed while pressing the SacrEnd tube to take out cream, a Long crystalline structure came out of the tube, which was completely unusual .

I am sending the pictures of the same in below attachment, so that you can came to know about the flaw in your manufacturing level or any other point.

Also, kindly Update the reason of the same to me.

It's about the ridiculous quality of "Tomilac powder" from "Mankind Vet". I brought it, when opened the package found insects in it. When asked the retailer to return it he straightforwardly denied. It's expiry period is 15months & it hasn't completed even a year. Then too the product is as same as garbage and now am thinking of file my complaint to the Consumer Forum

M/[protected] which was Empty blister & tablets are below hardness in range. Mankind pharma LTD should be aware for his products and customer satisfaction.I can't imagine how was the Empty blister packed by mankind pharma it's just disappointing me.please take an action immediately

Yesterday when i was giving medicine to my daughter, she complaint about solid particle in mouth comes from suspension. When i have check it was small glass bid, i ask my daughter any other glass in her mouth but she tald no other glass bead.

Albendazole oral suspension ip (Bandy), batch no: a7agr004, mfg date: 02/2018 and exp date:01/2020.
As per chemist this oral suspension is single time dose so we have open the same and directly given to my daughter. Fortunately non of glass particle swallow by my daughter.

This is tooo risky and can harm to child.

I have a complain of your MR - nepal patel s/o - firat ram patel works on your pharma company as a mr in bilaspur. He also give his phrama certificate in a medical stores as rent on pratika medical stores dhaurabhatha, dl no. - Cg -bld- 27923 and cg-bld- 27924. Our assosiation give him warning for this, but hi did not withdraw his pharmacy licence from the ferm. hopefull According to drug and cosmh etics act 1948 a single person do not works in two places, so kindly request u to do a legal action for mr Nepal Patel, without waiting of lossing a single human life.

Today i goto market to buy one bottle of noblok-af drops. When i opened the carton infront of shopkeeper it was noticed that there is a leakage observed inside the carton and over the bottle. The bottle was sealed. Then i told to salesman to give another one then he checked another bottle which is also leaked and the bottle was sealed or intact. Then again try for two three more bottle same problem is there. Then i back to home without i switch to another shop, where the same problem assist, so i back without purchasing. My father goes to market and he bought the bottle which is leaked however the bottle is sealed. My father didnt check the same at shop. Then i go to shopkeeper, and he is not giving my money back as there is rule that the product will not be changed and no replacement wiil be given.
I want my money back.. You have to check the same with other lots..
Give me my money back... I am goung to share this to fda if my money will not replaced...

Also another complaint is that there is no website or customer care number is mentioned in the carton and on the label. Also no leaflet is there.
This is a big issue and your company has to investigate...

Am chandrashekar, purchased 2boxes of dynaglipt-m in kotte mallikarjuna medical located in shadnagar telangana state.
After went my home am verified the sealed boxes and in one box was found with only 2blisters instead of 3blisters with missing of package inserts.in second box also doesn't contain any package insert. For further information am attaching vedio regarding the complaint.

I have Admitted my father in the ESIC Model hospital, Nanda Nagar, Indore on 13 jan. 2017 monday, He has a problem of typhoid and breath problem. Today he is getting discharge but his problems have not been solved. His condition is serious, he is not able to walk even 100 metre.

The Ward room is not clean and the washroom and toilets condition is worst there.

The main doctor is only come once in a day and he is not entertain or not giving proper answer for the question. He is irritating for asking such questions about patients health.

The X-Ray machine was not working for 2 days.

There is no proper care of patient, if the bottle is going to end then we have to call the sisters for this means we have to take care of patient instead of sisters.

I purchase a packet of condoms batch no. f9eio008, mfg. date-07/2015, exp. date-06/2018.
This packet was the qty of 10 and sealed that time when i purchase. when i open it i found 1 packet sealed but there were no condom in it.
I always use to buy your product due to faith but suggest me is it the faith i should to have when i paid for it also.

Strict action should be taken against the company for hiring a non-trained lady to answer the calls of consumers, who is not even trained how to behave properly.
