Manoj Kumar — Worst managed and paid more for the worst service

I booked ticket from Pondicherry to Bengaluru on 11/11/15 for 12/11/15, PNR number J53965605, Dep. time 21:49 and trip code 2149POCBNG my seat numbers were 15 & 16; got a confirmation message and mail also. On 12/11/15 at 9.20 pm i got the message of trip code 2137POCBNG and bus number KA - 1063, but when we reached there the driver cum conductor said we didnt have any booking and PNR number also not there, tried calling booking center in Bangalore they said we dont know check with online line only and same answer from Pondicherry booking counter also. After all this confusion for more than half hour they said they have our names in the sheet and seat number were 40 and 41. last 2 seats. we had a very tough journey sitting there after paying double the amount for the special bus, then what is the use booking it and at last moment KSRTC cancels the bus and has not informed the customer nor the driver nor the booking counter This was the worst possible trip i ever had in KSRTC and no one is bothered to listen to us also. Think the management do bother about the customers.
