I ravindra patkar had enrolled myself to your consultancy, early before the payment the response was too good. I was getting the regular calls from the company. But now its more then a year there is no revert, no reply, no response & only 3 interview had been done in a year & in all my interviews the other consultancy are taking the interview, they revert after 25 days about my selection, then again more 25 days weather after selection i am appointed or no means the reply comes in 50 days after my interview. These all these details was not share to me at the time of enrollment. Whatever promises was said or rules were mention on the mail, none of it has been fulfill. So kindly let me now how long should i wait for the same? Or should i withdraw my case back. We people are in need of job so we join you guys with the trust. Please be fare to us. I am still asking to arrange some meetings with the owner or decision maker of this scammer company or otherwise, if Maplefly is a genuine company- the best they can do is to arrange a meeting with some of the successful PR holder who have opted Maplefly's services.

Also NOTE: Reetika is my wife and you have started her file. In which she has accessed her file already by you and she has taken your so called pre-assessment phase and then your beloved consultant Mamta made me the primary applicant because if I would apply as a primary applicant I shall be having more points under core human factor. Hence, either me or she can ask your company's services and can also give feedback for the same as well at any point of time until Maplefly reslove and refund our money in full as advised while I made the payment.

DON'T ever try to USE the word LEGAL TEAM you have. I support Mr Jatinder or anyone whatsoever, who have been cheated by Maplefly and he/they all have my sympathies specifically when it comes to the issue of Maplefly or your whatsoever team. My main aim to highlight my full refund which was promised by Mamta and Rahul they are actually the big scoundrels now I am using this language and if you want to stop anyone complaining about your company's services or any individual, the best you can do is to resolve the issue by paying back everyone's money because you have failed to provide any services for which people have paid you.

Conclusion:

I take full responsibility of reporting this issue in this forum that Maplefly has nothing to take care of their services and they don't even have the any records and information of their clients. As they already proven that they are unable to find my wife in her records. LOL

this is one of the biggest fraud company who charges hefty amount of money by luring customer for arranging Job offers from Canada/Australia... Once registered with them every time when I asked for status they kept on saying that next month interviews are scheduled as they have got potential employer who is interested in the candidature but more then one year passed and not a single interview could be arranged and when finally getting frustrated I approached for refund they have deducted money for the money they mentioned as refundable. After a person is registered with them every three month there is a new person talking with the client. When I registered with them the process started with a gentlemen called Mr Saurav then I was put onto a lady Ms Shipra then to Mr Rahul and now to Ms Shakshi. I would request that serious action should be taken against these people so that they do not dare to cheat people of their hard earned money.

I paid Rs 88000 (cash + cheque) to Maple Fly International and was promised job guarantee in Canada. Agreement date is 15 sept'2016 and they said interview will be conducted soon, but after many calls to them, they never responded. Even in emails also, they didnot come with positive response. every time a new person comes into picture. I feel like cheated, I wish to sue this company for the harassment they have given to me. I want refund because it looks like fraud. Kindly help as its my very hard earned money, i am in need of job. Attached are the relevant documents(bank passbook copy, cash reciepts, as evidence.

Please help me to get my money back from Maple Fly international, this is a biggest Fraud company which has taken 42000Rs from me to schedule interviews for International Jobs while they are not able to do so, every time I call them they say we will arrange while it has been 1 year, they did not do anything, they used to schedule fake calls which even don't tell consultancy name and job description, and when I asked to refund money, they said they cannot do now.

I totally agree with other Victims who got trapped with the friendly behavior and promises of this company people. I can tell you now with my experience that this is a complete fake, unethical, liar and cheater company in their professional form. Charu, Rahul, Monika and all their staffs are simply fake who likes to give fake promises and after do nothing as successfull as they promised in the beginning. I did a big mistake by trusting them and paying around Rs 80, 000 all in full advance. They catch all the people by giving them the time frame of 6 months but after then, they do nothing fruitful. They only promise that you will get job in 6 months but actually they do nothing after you have paid your money once. I applied for work permit, submitted all the required documents whenever needed, did the full payment in advance but now its been 1 year and 4 months they could not find me a single job confirmation. What they did was scheduling few fake interviews for me for which I never received any written feedbacks until now. If I try to ask them so that I can improve for the next, they are not able to show or send me any feedback. They just say its negative without any evidence. Moreover, they say it is not their problem if the employer is not hiring me. Seriously…… Maplefly, , Its not my problem either. This is not why I choose them and pay them so that employee reject me and maplefly do nothing. I know very well about my candidature and how well I am with my Job profile. The problem is with this company who is not at all genuine and literally have no Employer contacts.
I mean it is not only fakeness, but also harrassment. I have never seen such big professional Liars and Cheaters in my whole life.
Now they are not even returning my money. My money is earned by hard work not black money like your company earns by cheating and faking people. [censored]ing Cyber criminals.
My dear innocent friends, please open your eyes and do not fall into this crap. Your time and money both will be wasted. I researched a lot about these immigration process after and trust me, the immigrations does not work so simple like this with these fake agencies. You can also always call or go to your nearby Immigration center/ embassy and ask them directly about the work process and these fake companies.

My self sushil kumar pareek, contacted maplefly for want of canada work permit and immigrations, paid 80000/- in sept.2015, they contacted me nearly 20 times each day until i paid money, now already 13months over but no actions, just procrastinations every time, fraud company, pl. Dont waste your money and time, if they will not resolve my issue, i will file police complaint against them for fraud and will black list them, kindly contact me on [protected]@gmail.com or[protected] before contacting such frauds.

I was contacted by jaishree. I went thru the evalutation process. And I had to pay the money for the PR visa processing. However I had read abt the negative review of the company but I trusted jaishree. I was low on funds hence told jaishree that rt now I will not be in position to pay up the money. She told me all sorts of things that the evalutation doesn't stand valid after a certain time and finally told me to pay what I have rt now and for the rest of the money she will buy sometime for me. I also told her what if i am not able to arrange remaining money. She told me that the fees is a refundable amt. And in this situation also she will refund the amt. .on this I paid 20000. Which I have a reciept also. And now when I am asking them for my money I have been a response from some rahul telling me is not that easy to get a refund and they hv a procedure to follow. It's been six month but no response from them on the follow up e-mail that I sent. I am gonna be putting a police complain and being a social media influencer I will make sure that people are well aware of these kind of cheats playing with people's hard earned money.

for Shipra - at time she was new to the company and after my registration when i felt like this is fraud company . i ask her do you know all this fraud she was like no m new to the company and if i found such fraud i will resign this jon and take action against them but she is still there and behaving like she is innocent but main thinkg is that she accpeted in anger that they do fraud and they will continue do the same .

for charu (md) - when you ask her to show us any person who get any visa from your company . she will reply like its confidential . and very confidencely replied that take my example i have done my visa from here only lol and we guys not going to check her passport.

Rahul ( documentation department : he never send you a document list in advance as later on they will give documentation issues.

If anyone wants to approach maplefly... Pls note down the below points before proceeding.

Don't pay pre assessment fee.
Ask for list of documents to be submitted. ( very important)
Ask for some reference who got job already.
Don't sign the agreement just like that.

They simply say, these are all confidential and they will not share any details, and asked you to pay money first. If you proceed without knowing above information then you will be fool & you will not get your money back . Then it is your call.
