I got a call from one lady named mamta from mapple fly for canada immigration and she asked me to provide 3k to check the eligibility. I asked her to wait for a day at least so that i can go through the reviews and verify their services, but i could not find any positive reviews. Very next day i got a call from her and i clearly told the same, but suddenly she started shouting. I don't understand if you guys are providing service or you are forcing people to pay you if someone is not interested. Now i understand why there are no positive reviews for your consultancy.

I got call from maplefly, and they explained that only 2500 rs will be charged for assessment. After that on positive result they will process further for visa and job. But after getting positive result they were asking for 80k rs amount for further process. I was surprised.

I clearly asked them that there will be any charge apart from 2500 rs, then they said no sir, there will be no charge. Only 2500 rs will be there.

After knowing the 80k rs amount i clearly told them to not process my profile and please return my 2500 rs back. I don't want to search job in abroad on cost of 80k. Still they didn't return my money back.

The people who is reading my feedback, its a request to you to be careful while talking to maplefly guy. Please ask them all detail regarding the job process.

I got the Visa & Job in Poland by the effective efforts of Maplefly Team only, earlier i was very confused about the company but now i can say they are very professional n i got all the services as per initial commitments.
I refer few of my friends as well with this company. I am very thankful to Maple fly for providing me best services. I am happily work here i wish them all the best in future to keep it up a good work.

Maple fly is a fraud company, they are cheating with people.

I was in process with canada pr, i have completed wes, ielts and there are some shortage in cutoff. And then maple fly come to the picture and the said they can assist on job. Named ansu (From maple fly) asked me to pay only inr 2500 as reg fees and that is the final amount. As per conversation, normally they are charging to the employer. I have paid on 19-nov-2018 the same amount. After 2 days suddenly i got another one e-mail from them to pay another inr 86k approx, i was shocked. When i asked about that, they started to make drama, even they said how you can think to go canada by 2500rs.
My question is very simple is that why they didn't inform me at beginning?
Once i asked the same question to them they insult me a lot, even they don't care about the legal action. And later on i come to know they are doing such fraud with peoples.

I want to say all of my brothers and sisters, be aware of maple fly.
They can't help you but can cheat you.

The main reason for me to choose maple fly is the origin of the consultancy is canada. I thought this people might have fair knowledge about work permit and job opportunities in canada. I have been asked to pay 2500rs as preassesment and requested to pay 75k to initiate the interview. They didn't disclose the job description or name of the company or type of visa and surprisingly they are not even aware of lmia which is a crucial part of work permit. I am still wondering how this organization is being managed and controlled my canadian with these fake promises and bad ethics. I read all the comments about this consultancy before i initiate but i thought canadian consultancy must be knowing the ethical behavior and integrity. After getting the offer letter the paper work starts so it may be acceptable to pay from our side in order to overcome the expenses. Eventually everyone is money oriented no matter what the promises are made before that.
I request everyone to search though linkedin, indeed and other job websites.

I was contacted by some dolly from maplefly, whom started out chatting me with a whatsapp line in the name of ayushi, but after much chats he'd said i pay a fee, but after i had asked her to send me his photo to know whom i was chatting with he said no. Well the bottom line is that i am skeptical about this guy and this maplefly, so id say everyone should be careful and not be in a haste to send out money of any amount to unidentified scammers.

After reading all the reviews. I was thnking the same. But still i thought i should take a chance and try once. But finally i got the offer letter in 6months. And really happy to work in canada. This is complaint against maple fly giving false commitment and promise about placement in canada, completely cheating and fraud i have been waiting for refund since almost 7 months, claiming 100% refund, for not at all satisfied with the product, in fact their products is dreams reality there is nothing, i am going to consumer court and eow to take action, any one like me, please reunite

My name is subramaniam rajan. I am sharing here my worst service from them. They are cheat people. They are doing fraudulent activities to collect money from innocent job seekers for nothing. They convert your dreams into money in their hands.

I was in position to shift my profession in canada. During that time i had a contact with maple fly marketing people. I did paid 5000/- for evaluation report. They were in good talk and paid them 88, 500/- with signed agreement in soft copy. Even they were committed to refund of 65% payment if it failure.

In next level they forwarded my case with ms. Shivani for legal formalities. I clearly explained them i am away from india and it takes time to complete my notary authentication process. I could not take steps to get documentation.in this level, maplefly not took any actions to move my file to next level, since i didn't give them nothing. If company took steps on my file.

I surrender my position of inability of documentation with ms. Shivani as well as requested her to refund money. She confirmed my refund money. She collected information of my bank account, suddenly she sent affidavit papers for refund to india. It is a big shock for me, since they well know that i am not in india. How do i can sign and send that copies for refund.

In this point, i got doubt about refund process. I inquired ms. Shivani that how she can send documents without my prior notice. She accepted her miscommunication in maplefly. Then they send me the same affidavit in soft copy to my email, saying that please sign and reply us, we will take you for refund of rs 10, 000/-

When i carefully read the mentioned information in affidavit, it is that payment of rs 50, 000/ made instead of 88, 500/-. Then i talk with her over phone to take up my agreement and see the amount i had paid to them. She again apologized that information about my payment information mentioned in affidavit is wrong.

She confirmed that she will back with revised affidavit. But she send the email below.

Ms. Shivani were in position of refund money irrespective of agreement. Why do ms. Shivani limits with refund money of rs. 10, 000/- even she came to know the increased payment information..?

I am very uncomfortable with activities from ms. Shivani as false promises.

They put me in huge efforts in refund process. Finally they offered me from mr. Yogesh legal head with amount of 25, 000/- for not taking legal action against them. I shared my decision not to accept their offer of refund 25, 000/- and ready for legal action.

Be aware of maple fly. I started to research their story, there are cases cheat job seekers.

This is to inform you all that all complaints are true since i am an ex employee... I resign on 14 september 2018. Why??? Because i came to know about their fraud and i even told directly to mrs. Charu bhasin... That you are fake company... You sell fraud workpermit as there is no workpermit given by you... They take your money by saying... Its an urgent opening and we have to close your file asap, if you are interested send 2500/-along with your documents and pa assessment form... They will share non refundable invoice by saying if you ask any question... That it is for the purpose that some candidates after getting positive report will ask for refund, dont worry in case of negative feed back will refund. Now i can share you even my details too to show the proof i am an employee and the things which i am going to tell you because, i feel so bad as a human when i dont know their reality i myself take money... I am so sorry from deep of my heart... Now i want to help those who are alsready trapped and who are going to be... Dont trust them for your trust they will share compny registration number of ministery of corporate affairs... Now secondly they will share comapny testimonial... I also ask my payment for full and final but they are such a fake people if they take and digest your harden money... Then why dont with me... Same things will happen... Secondly here i am going to share details of contacts also and images of them... And recording... As i have all proof... I request you guys to take a stand on them by come alltogether.. To stop these frauds... I dont know why our government givr them license... Even let me inform you... Those who already done a complaint individually nothing will happen... Now i am sharing step wise step procedure of them but one more thing they will also help you for pr process, canada, australia, hongkong, poland, uruguay... But they will already take some reference visa from the clients those who are working in overseas... So they will show to their clients even work visa by saying... These are the candidates we send... Secondly, i am not denying about pr, yes they will do this in genuine way but only canada pr... And you know these also take lot of time as lot of paper work and formalities and fees will be 80000+18% gst.

Documents (Updated cv, highest qualification certificate, passport, aadhar card, fill pre assessment form, receipt of 2500/- for confirmation... Once they confirm by mr. Piyush (Accounts) they will share invoice and later report... No report will come negative... Jago india jago...

Again you have to pay finall amount 75000+18% gst or 80000+18% gst... They told you that it needs to pay before to start further formalities for filing and documentation.. Includes immigration lawyer fees, stamping charges, and more which they need to pay initially to different diffetent authorities... On the basis of your payment they will share a indian stamp legal agreement... Everything will be mention there clearly.. Meanwhile they will give you 100% sureity only for the services they offered... And according they need your signed agreement back and then they will share checklist of documents... Depends in your profile... And they will make you struck in documents for a months... And interview will be helf and taken by charu bhasin... She is having international number so, she make calls as a consultant or recruiter from company... And everytime your result will be came after a long time and its fail... Why no reason...
And secondly they will also give you part payment opetions by sharing installment facilities... And... My only aim is now to dont make a single individual to trap in their fraud activities... And those who are already get trapp i am extteamly sorry

Hi this is rani from bangalore, i've applied for canada recruitment in maplefly.
Saba, company co-ordinator called and asked for documents i've forwarded the same then they asked me pay for assess charges rs. 2500/- which is refundable but did not do any assessment.
How did they carry out assessment i don't know i asked for report saba said its positive. I asked her assessment report again then no answer.
She didn't reply for 4-5days then i sent mail regarding updates she asked me pay 80-90k for interview process and she said there is no guarantee of job assurance and work visa, i questioned her nobody will pay money for interview process and without work visa how they will send a person to canada or what basis she kept replying pay for legal agreement. Again i asked her if there is no job assurance and work visa guarantee why i should pay for legal agreement?
She said if i pay 50-60immediately she will start interview process - i said no i asked her to refund my 2500 but she declined not possible.
Can anyone confirm me this is how canada immigration works and these companies have license to migrate people without any job assurance and work visa on what basis???

1. This company sent pre-assesment report once i paid the fees.
They took heavy fees from me for preparing this fake report.

2. This company supplies fake vacancies available oversees to candidates
They take heavy charges starting from 75k for this fake information.

3. The process is purposely delayed at every stage to get more money from candidate.

4. They gave me assurance of refund of money in case of failure in assessment but same is not mentioned on payment receipt.
Rather on receipt they have highlighted it as "non-refundable"

5. This company has not registered the field of business.

For overseas job i have received a mail from maplefly. So, a sales person ms. Mamta kumari was sending the mails about the process. She said only 2500/- i need to pay for pre-assessment charges. Rest everything will be taken care by the employer. I asked multiple times & she said the same. Once i done the payment of rs.2500/- then she said we need to pay 50-60k for filing charges.

I frustrated & said don't process mine. Also i didn't give the pre-assessment details to her. She was asking me for the details repeatedly & i said i don't want please refund the money as the details were not given fully about the payments. Even in the mail also its not mentioned. Only rs.2500/- mentioned & highlighted in yellow.

She is not having my details & she said she has started the process & asking me for the details to start the process.

I paid the amount on 31st may evening & i said i don't want the process on 1st june early morning itself. She ignored my requests & she was asking me for the details to start the process. I am keep on saying don't start the process. She is not hearing that.

Also ms. Swetha was shouting & threatening me that she cant provide the pre-assessment report without my details. I got the point like the pre-assessment not started yet. So, i am looking for the refund of rs.2500/-

I have sent mail to all the mail ids of maplefly which are mentioned in the website www.maplefly.ca

No response from anyone till now.

I am prasun, i had paid rs.80000/- last apr'17 for canada work visa. Pushpanjali was the spoc, now shivani is dealing, earlier neha/sakshi were also dealing with my case. I have received only 4 to 5 consulatncy round of calls from canada (Nos. Were never properly coming up) while no employer round of interview. Now shivani is stating for only rs.15000/ refund that also after 60 days.

This company is a big fraud and is not registered by ministry of affairs.

They charge huge amount and mislead the clients by sharing wrong information.

We have not started our services but they have denied to refund the amount.

Since day 1 they are sharing wrong contacts and taking calls by representing themselves as a higher management.

Do not rely them. Its a big trap

I have applied for for work permit in sept.17. After paying the verification fee 2750. Rs my document verifications completed in sept. And all fees paid 88000 rs approx. Company takes 25 days for arranging consultancy interview. After confirming the consultancy they take more 10 days to schedule consultancy interview. During consultancy interview they ask reason for moving to canada and expected salary. And other basic questions. After consultancy interview they more 10 days for consultancy feedback. Feedback comes negative without giving any reason. It is not shared with client anymore. Again for new interview they take 25 days. So for whole this process it takes 2 months for one interview. And result is zero. I attended three interview within a period of six months. Every time feedback comes negative. At time of applications it was told that you are having strong profile and you can aplly for work permit. If this is so then why my profile isnt selected yet. I get number of mails daily regarding jobs in canada. Then why there is issue in getting offer from employers from canada.
I am tired of waiting such a long period.

I was contacted by maglina for immigration to canada and australia. When asked regarding the source of my contact number as i never approached them, the response was that their team selects the most suitable candidates from naukri profiles and then forward them to the customer relationship team. For last 2 weeks i am continuously getting calls to deposit inr 2000 as pre-assessment charges and submit my passport copy along with last academic certificate.
When i asked regarding any reference in past, or id of the employee or full name of maglina, or any other document or physical proof the answer was that it is confidential and can be given only after i become their client by paying inr 2000.
I am fortunate that i read all these blogs and didn't pay them money because after i highlighted to maglina that i had read the blogs on internet, i never received a call back from them. Moreover when i called them back on same number (+[protected], i was surprised to hear that there is no person in the name of maglina in this company.
So i consider myself as fortunate to be saved from such fraudulent.
