From starting we have faced many problems related service issues from Marg dealer and agents like 1. Mr. Shivkumar Shekhar Bute 2. Mr. Prassad Deshmuk 3.Mr. Mahesh Chavan
4. mr milind ingle 5. Mr Ritesh Agrwal 6. Your company person Mr abhishek.
There are Many service suppliers of your company but customers are not satisfied so please support us.
We have trusted on your company so I will wait for your support and guidelines.
Also in Akola your customers are above 30 all members are in trouble help us.
Please look after this as soon as possible we are facing Complaints for 4 times continuously and there's no respond from the company.

Convenced me to take and before taking mob app i used free mob app and iwas facing the issue that salesman name was not coming on the bill due which we are not able to track salesmans daily sale at that time i told mr ashish about dis issue he told u pay the money i vl solve it if not solved it vl be free till ur issue is not solved from last three month i am complaining to ashish he is not reciving my phone and neither ur executive had solved my problem i hav to add manually the salesman name plz after paying 13000/- a i hv do dis so plz do the needful other wise i vl complain to consumer care

I have marg erp in my outlet which was running fine until recently i had been asked by my provider to update it and the license. After that every single day we are getting problems in our software i.e. bill getting deleted automatically, software crashing and closing leading to loss of the data, bills duplicacy . I am told by my provider that marg only supports windows 7 as an operating system and i have to install it on my pc is it true...

Myself aadesh nagrare having shop named protein shoppy. Purchase software last year feb 2018 and repurchase on march 2019.
I am regularly asking for support to my vendor abhishek he even did not able to start my billing in last 3 months.
So please return my amount which i pay to purchase this software and terminate such people who do not capable to give services.

Had Marg software for last two years but have to file all GST Returns manually. Can’t make Json files as they fail to upload on GST portal also when we make excel file it won’t port all bills to gst offline tool. We ranged more than 100 times to get this resolved but no resolution.
Feel like been cheated by this company.

Will suggest strongly to avoid this software from Marg as this company can’t be trusted....

I had purchased a marg software from marg solutions through mr santosh sukla in lucknow on dated 1-4-2018.

The quoted price was 10000/- for 2 users including data migration from old software (Reckon)

I had paid 7000/- in advance to mr santosh.

Now till date my data was not migrated properly.

There are so many bugs in software but he have no solutions for that problems.

He not giving service from last 8-10 months

I had contact many times to mr santosh, mrs poonam (Business coordinator pan india), customer care but not get any response from all of them.

I had also mailed data and problems to mr santosh and customer care but they dident reply. They say you will get a call which i don't get.

Now i want proper resolution from company

Change of local service provider.

Or my money back from the company

Hi,

We are kd pharma, located in mumbai. We have bought marg software on 22nd may and we have faced issues from day 1. We have sloughed for 6 days to resolve multiple issues but finally when we have sent an ultimatum to marg and its helpless software related mail on saturday, no one has bothered to revert and they called on monday with resolution, but by that time, we have chosen another software for which intimation had already been given to the entire team.

Now, we need a refund since we have not used the software and have raised multiple issues that marg failed to fulfill. We have spoken to area manager, zonal manager and channel partner, but apart from channel partner no one is responding the way that should, even after multiple calls. Very much dissatisfied with services and product.

I venkatesh k n prop: venkateshwara distributors karnataka state, mysore like to hereby request your goodself for the correction of my license. I am really surprised to know that after the company takes license for multiuser license how can you block for multiuser, but the person in charges of mysore does not respond for any phone. I take too much pain to say that in my span of 10yr i have not seen one year without problem in renewal of license always same old issues, very sorry to say that how this gross negligence from company side.

Kindly look into the needs after renewal fees paid also u r not doing our services perfect.

I have purchased the marg software by august 2018. Still they are not able to configure the set up properly. Ground level teams are in qualified. If we escalate it to the higher level or call centre, nothing moved on. They simply saying that, we are ready to give support. But nothing happened. Finally i have escalated the issue to their md mr. Sudhir singh yesterday and waiting for refund. If its not done, then planning to flash it in all the medias across tamilnadu.

We should not let them to cheat our money.

Marg shoftware services employees very in terms of service employees =anurag shukla mo no=[protected] raebareli distric and sunil mishra [protected] raebareli these person service is very bad even they are not picking party number after installation and after getting amount. Please implrove if possible otherwise completion is very high in the. Market. And they are providing shoftware minimum amount and good services from service providers.

Couldn't modify bills from cash to credit or paytm or lend
And visa versa after updating software by company engineer for last 10 days
Around 5 times given online and 2 times person visited my shop but coldn't resolve the problem.
Now everyone is blaming other one and directing me from one service provider to other to head office but no solution..

Very poor services by marg kolkata. I had purchased software in 31 march 2018. But yet not had set format for gst invoice they are just ignoring kindly take a action posting complaint to resolve the issue.

Mr. Mayukh representative of the marg was aggressive to sale the software after sales he list bother abut setup & all. Being 5 and half month i forget the operation as well need again training.

We have submitted online fees 3 days back for renewal of ERP 9+ silver edition for lincence num 201211(moradabad medicos) by name Himanshu Gupta. Till date, We haven't received any receipt or acknowledgement of renewal. Our Marg causing hinderance in operation of pharmacy. Marg Customer care executives have assrued 10 times that file will be sent to email address for refresing renewed licence along with receipt which may be reinstalled. Everytime they it will be done in 30min.from past 3 days. PL. Refund our money of you are so incapable
Regret using Marg

I work as a marketing manager in a pharma company we were in need of a reporting software for our sales representatives thus these people contacted us and have a demo about their software in a week we had submitted the amount and then the reporting work started but in due course of time that is in two months we came across various errors in the software and the responisble person in company just gave us fake excuses now they are asking us for time to resolve the issue. But as per their polocy my company is liable to pay them renewal fees after 12 months, inspite of the fact that the software was sold with fake sales promotion demo. Thus I need help to either get refund or else initiate the deal date from the day when all my issues are resolved.

2. 11000 paid in jun-17 for new 5 user license. No license issued rather made some adjustment within 219488 license to work.

Dear sir we are complained so many times your software provider software solution a-41 farshita complex g. E. Road raipur but they r not providing software facility properly so sir i request you to please update our licence for issu o[censored]nregistered software we can't make bill on our software marg we had all payment of marg last month & after that we facing all the problems like (Billing issu) it's a very importer part of our business so please do the needful urgently.

I have been using this product for 2 years and let me tell you don't purchase this product. Their customer support is worst. These # don't know how to talk to customers. They may even ask for money to solve your queries. I have experienced such rude treatment from their customer support that i refuse to tolerate it any longer.
I personally feel they don't know how to interact with the public and they lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness.

Very poor services by marg compusoft. I had purchased software in april 2017 but yet not had right format for invoice they are just ignoring by saying that they had load of gst, so what we do if you had a load of gst as you are saying so we close down our business.
Kindly take a action posting complaint second time here.
You take action or we had to go for file a case against you
