We bought the software in may and installed it successfully at the same time. But we were not provided with the basic training support as per the company's assurance. Due to this we are facing troubles periodically and are not able to submit returns sometimes that has contributed to some loss also. As a reputed software company like marg we expect the same level of service which is our right. Kindly revert to this message as soon as possible so that we can execute our further process. Thank you

The executives are providing worst services as possible!
On 3 october i called to their coustomer care number regarding problem in software the executive connected his pc with my one and took 1:30 hrs regarding my problem after the failure, he leaft and disconnected the connection and the software was now not working and then we were having problem in tally of business

I am a legal customerof marg compusoft, and facing a problem last one week contact many times to person from whome i bought the product i. E. Mr lalit indore m. P.. He is not reciving call. There is no offfice or contact /addres. Should i take a legal action.. As i was told that the software is gst ready. But it not suitable for composition scheme. I have paid rs14500 for the software i have feeded lot of data since last few months. Now i came to know that all my money and time is waste.
Please help.
Ihave bought the software after an assurance that i will get full post sales service. And first one year service will be free. Butnow there is no one to hear me

I had installed the marg software, ERP 9+ silver edition, in the end of july for solving my gst bill problem and carry on with my business. As soon as the software was installed i had made the payment but i want some changes in bill which the dealer laxman (mob:-[protected]) from HC compusoft 249/6, kumar bara, old faridabad, haryana told he will update it later. After 3-4 times, he was not able to make changes which i wanted in bill and havent solved my hsn code problem. Now its almost been 2 months still that guy is always busy with his work and moreover the whole company . I have tried each and every helpline number in the attached photo and marg website but no one had picked up my call. This is the worst customer care service i have seen till now. Once the product is sold the company doesn't care about the customer satisfaction. My bill invoice number is HC 00050 and invoice date is 16/08/17 which i have also attached with this complaint.

Please do solve my problem so that i can go with my gst billing.

Lc no. 871686 has not been installed yet if it is not possible for your company to install the software then kindly refund back my money and whenever i call the service boy santosh ([protected]) he didn't receive my call and if by chance he picks it up he give it to other person. These service boys do not have any information about the software. Isn't the company ford??

His is to inform you that we are facing countless problem in your software but from your local office in jaipur not supporting us from last two month we have still no bill print setup in your software according to govt gst pattern no setup of gst return no setup of data import export feature. When we call your executive they don't pic up our call and if they pic up the call they said they can not resolve our problem so please let me know that what to do.

Calling no body pick phone. By mistake some one pick the phone then he said sir please tell me your phone number i will call you with in 10 minuted but no call has come towards your good office side due to that i have facing a very hug problem in doing business with your software.

Respected sir, my self bunty and we purchase your software one month ago from your faridabad branch. When we purchase software we ask him that you convert your data into tally. They say ok. But now they not able to do that. He say that software not upgrade and continue lingre that last 25 days. Tomorrow and tomorrow definality do that but now he says contact delhi office. I have purchased marg counter version in july 2017.. The local vendor has installed the software on 2 machines across lan. The server machine is working fast.. But the client machine is working horribly slow on lan.

Need urgent help to resolve the speed on client machine. The local vendor has given up on the issue and unable to resolve.

Kindly take action on your service provider mr. S. K. Singh ([protected]), that person not providing service time to time in our hospital and continue not pickup our calls and not solving our problem since may-17 to till date. If you not take proper action on our complains and that particular person than we replace your software taking back all payment money.

Hello, i have purchased a marg software from anuj rana in delhi and he has done fraud with us and nothing else. Till the time we kept the money pending he provided us with the service but after completition of payment he always commit us false hopes and that he will visit us which he dont do and it nothing more than waste for us.
We have just wasted our money by purchasing this software. Tried. Ontacting customer care which is unable to reply us back and 99% they dont pick up calls in an hour. I am moving towards legal action and they have to regret for it for sure

Hello friends if you want peace of mind never purchase marg erp9+ software. I have become a patient of high blood pressure because of the suffering and treatment i got from the dealer and the company after installation of marg erp9+ software. Before selling the product they talk and promise very sweet things, but after installation they don’t provide any support and training. You your self have to learn the software by trial and error method.
The dealers are interested in only selling. They themselves are not familiar with the software. After you contact them they never take your calls and put your number in blocked list and the mobile is always busy or out of coverage area. If ever by chance you got connected they will try to avoid you by some reasons. You better invest in some good and reputed software rather than purchasing marg erp9+ software and suffer afterwards.
I am writing this to save other people from the trauma i have gone thru.

I had purchased a point of sale software from marg through mr x in dehradun.
The request was made in july 2016. Advance paid was rs 8000. After repeated followups mr x delivered some product in crude form without any billing / barcodes formats. He said the balance formats would be given in few days so that the software can be worked upon.
The product is not in usable condition and has not been used till date.
Most of the time mr x does not pick phone. If i am lucky and he picks the phone then he says he will come tomorrow, which never comes.
The customer care takes long to respond to the mails. They say you will get a call which i don't get.
Finally almost after 10 months i got a call from customer care. They have talked to mr x (Local partner of marg). He will come.
Mr x comes, says he has committed mistake. So you just pay the next year years renewal fees and i will give you the balance formats. We both agree and he says he will come in two days. Which he never does.

I am now done with marg services and want refund of my advance.

I have the entire amount for software implementation and was waiting for 12 days then when the executive turned up in the evening and said we cannot do as it will take time again of 10days because we are not trained enough. During demo i had explained my entire process flow of the business and he said we have done it earlier so that won't be a problem. Now he said he won't refund my amount. I mailed the company but nobody is responding, i called 5-6 times but no one is responding to my query. Either you return my full amount that i have paid else i will file a complaint against your company and that executive whose number is [protected].

I have purchased your software and all payment fully paid but your executive did not come till now. It's number is +[protected]he did not pick my call i don't know what is happening? I have to start billing but i couldn't start because your sales person did not come at my showroom. We bought the software in may from a dealer recommended by marg officials. Now the dealer says that their staff is not properly trained to give service. Initial support to setup software is nowhere near to be found. Endless waiting time, numerous unanswered calls. Total mental harassment because of such pathetic service of an otherwise excellent software. Beware people, make full payment only after full setup.

This is to inform you that the employees named - ms. Krishna & ms. Supreet from the customer care support team of marg erp software, have done some changes through teamviewer7 during the technical support session, there are some faults done by them. Due to this i am not able to use their software. They are now being out of reach and the people who answer the call instead of them, are behaving arrogantly....
