We, m/s unique health care, dhule, maharashtra with customer id 194147 had purchased marg g12 software in january 2016. Mr sagar utwal, the local representative, threatened us at that time for the price hike in new year. So we bought the software immediately with goody goody assurances of free service for one year & all later upgradations free.
But within 3 weeks of our purchase, company launched the erp 9 version of it. After repeated follow ups mr sagar utwal, he firstly told the picture is still not clear for the upgradation. Later on, he demanded for rs 5000 as upgradation charges in erp 9. Within this period only, we recommended the software to few of our fellow persons. They got the upgraded version.
We just want to ask why do you make false commitments if you are not able to provide the same. While selling the software, we get all the answers in a big yes. After selling the software, all the things automatically become chargeable. Please don't cheat your customers or at least don't make any false commitments.
For your information, we have paid the annual maintenance charges also. Now, can you help us out of this matter??? Or by buying your software, we are bound to be screwed???

We are KD Pharma, located in Mumbai. We have bought Marg software on 22nd May and we have faced issues from day 1. We have sloughed for 6 days to resolve multiple issues but finally when we have sent an ultimatum to Marg and its helpless software related mail on Saturday, no one has bothered to revert and they called on Monday with resolution, but by that time, we have chosen another software for which intimation had already been given to the entire team.

Now, we need a refund since we have not used the software and have raised multiple issues that Marg failed to fulfill. We have spoken to Area manager, Zonal manager and Channel partner, but apart from channel partner no one is responding the way that should, even after multiple calls. Very much dissatisfied with services and product.

Before buying you promise us that will be the best software we will setup and give service and when we call you simply don't respond. One with no knowledge at all of this software how will we operate this. Its been over a month, . 2 or 3 times they came that too after calling them several times and they do stuff in the pc and promise to call tomorrow and then for a week they dont pickup the call. They have not even designed a bill for the firm and many issues are there like inport from excel stock getting deleted etc which they have promised and there are asusual many queries and many problems which one face but they just dont care. Please help and send someone good from the company or refund my money.

Sir jab hum software se exit karte hainn to vo back up lete samay file not available dikhata hai.please ise jaldi se sahi kijiye.koi file corrupt ho gai hai kya pata nahi.kai dino se customer care number mila raha hu phone uthta hi nahi hai aapka.please ise jaldi se thik karaya jaye nahi to mera kuch nuksan bhi ho sakta hai. kab tak kara denge aap iska solution. .

I purchased Marg ERP Silver version with an online user on 07/09/16 and till date license key has not been issued. I keep chasing and I have been told everytime it will be fixed tmrw but it doesn't. I have been told there is a server issue but I am an IT professional myself and would do everything tgo fix the issue overnight but this server issue has been ongoing for 4-5 days. I have thousands of product inventory to be added and I am paying...

I procured Marg Software in month of April-May but till date software is not functional due to pending issue.

Also in course of fixing the issue my existing inventory software is bugged.

I see this is becoming pain point and risk to my business.
I request to refund the amount and close the issue.
But I dont see any step from company to fix the issue.

We purchased Licensed Software on 01 Jan 2016 after a demo of trial version for 3 days on our Lenovo laptop. Trial version did not have all functions - and the salesman -Dharam Yadav - assured us full functionality in Licenced Version.

After buying the licensed version - Dharam Yadav could not install the software on our laptop (Windows 10, Lenovo, Intel Atom 1.8Ghz, 2 GB RAM) and asked us to buy a PC ! - without specifying the problem with our laptop. Since then many mails to Area Manager Mr. Ranjit and absolutely no support from Marg company.

we paid 12500 rupees by cheque for 12 months licence and 8 months have passed without using it for single day - and no support from marg compusoft.

I initiated purchase of this Retail Counter Software on 11.5.2016 by giving advance chq amount of Rs. 5000., at that time the so called executives said they would meet all the requirements viz., transfer of data till date to Marg`s software, so that whole year`s data is in one software . then few days passed by but no progress, slowly the so called Software Engineer started excuses trying to leave what all requirements i demanded in the list prior to agreeing saying that this will not be possible any so on. then they came up with upgrading the software to higher version`s proposal, i agreed to that. They demanded the balance of Rs. 10500, i gave it on 26.5.2016, so as to activate the license . after that almost a month passed by no progress has been reported, for that matter even MR. Business Development Manager, is not answering the calls made by me to know about the progress of the work.
i`ve asked for cancellation of the license and refund of the amount to which they are still giving false promises. hope to find a solution thru this channel.also Important point is that the office whom i dealt with is said to be Branch of MARG COMPUSOFT PVT LTD. do not know whether its real or duped one. all payments done are thru bank, thank GOD for that else my money would have been chewed up like is common in our country.

We have purchased marg software package for rs.12000/ from marg dealer m/s. Jyothi software solutions, vijayawada in 2015 jan.
Now the package was made not to work, the reason they say, we have to pay renewal amount rs.4500/. We were surprised to hear this. At the time of purchasing the package sales person mr. Sarma has closed the deal, he never mention about this compulsory renewal amount.
This, we feel u have cheated ur customer.
This is not fair on ur part.

in oct 2015 i queried about marg software, nikhil tandon (marg, lko.) assured me of having customised software and assured me that it contains all features, you are demanding and its customised for readymade shopkeepers.
He has done carelessness from very 1st day, as our shop"s inaugration was on 07.11.2015 and software installed on 06 th nov., which troubled me too much and on complaining nikhil quarreled too much...
On demanding for money refund he denied and assured that the services you want are under development and i will provide you within 2 months...
Till then i sent so many mails to delhi h.O. For the solution but result is nill...Marg co. Is providing latest excuses evry day and not listening on our complaint...
Pls. Help and intervene for the solution...

Sir i am using ur counter software in our cloth showroom.but we r facing lot of problems.i call to customer care but they can't solve.i call 4 times in 2 days but noone hav solve my problem.
The problems r
1. No entry of stock transfer showing in ledger
2. Batchwise not working
3. Legder entry in purchase acount not modifying.
Nd many more problems
Actually i noticed it is not designed to our profession or not proper setup
It should b resolved
Each time i hav to disconnect teamweaver after waiting lot of time nd no reply from your side

Marg is cheating by levying extra charges to use the services offered in its platform.i have already paid a good sum to purchase the software and also pay annual service charge for multi user system. This is very unfair and unprofessional on their part.

Software purchased since 2005, now having trouble with there service and they are charging extra, if they know the THING is important to retailer .

I have bought this software for my retail business 5-6 month back. since day one its executives and service sucks. my licence is in name of Samaanwala and it is located in faridabad.

I have bought 3 PC licence but still it is running on single PC right now. as its running on single PC i am not able to restrict its transaction for limited user. one of the employee ditched me with 9000 rs because of poor restriction and support...

I have purchased a software from marg counter for for automobiles. But there are too many problems in the software /.I have contacted the sales person my jatin luthra. And also company customer support. But they simply refused to slove the problem.

We had purchased Marg ERP software last year with unlimited users. Now when we renewal was due we had made them the payment as per their proforma for renewal of License. But when the company renewed our licence they have reduced the number o[censored]sers from unlimited to 4 users.
We feel that we have been cheated by the company and the company does not even stand on their words....

Sir, Myself K.D.Arora.,Using Marg Software since 2008.I have 3 Companies. The service of Local Chandigarh and Baddi Area is very poor.
After 20 reminders,and mails ,nobody bothers. You loose your buisness,they dont mind.
Marg will only give you at the time of renewal in March or when you need new Connection.
I am very upset and frustrated. I am loosing my buisness,Just because of Marg.
I recommended to Knox Life Science Sanjay ji, He gave 25000 Rs to Marg.2 years back
and Service wise 0 he got.Finnally he is doing his work at Tally.
2nd recomendation was Mr Naveen Jain,Prem Healthcare Sonipat.
Both d persons are not satisfied.
I request d Directors to learn their staff ,how to care your costumers and how to give respect to them.
As of now how ,the local boys are behaving,is terrible. I am sure,there must be some other complaints.
I hope they will listen to me,and I cud not have to change the software in the coming fianancal year.
