Dear sir / madam,
We, m/s unique health care, dhule, maharashtra with customer id 194147 had purchased marg g12 software in january 2016. Mr sagar utwal, the local representative, threatened us at that time for the price hike in new year. So we bought the software immediately with goody goody assurances of free service for one year & all later upgradations free.
But within 3 weeks of our purchase, company launched the erp 9 version of it. After repeated follow ups mr sagar utwal, he firstly told the picture is still not clear for the upgradation. Later on, he demanded for rs 5000 as upgradation charges in erp 9. Within this period only, we recommended the software to few of our fellow persons. They got the upgraded version.
We just want to ask why do you make false commitments if you are not able to provide the same. While selling the software, we get all the answers in a big yes. After selling the software, all the things automatically become chargeable. Please don't cheat your customers or at least don't make any false commitments.
For your information, we have paid the annual maintenance charges also. Now, can you help us out of this matter??? Or by buying your software, we are bound to be screwed???
