We bought the software in may and installed it successfully at the same time. But we were not provided with the basic training support as per the company's assurance. Due to this we are facing troubles periodically and are not able to submit returns sometimes that has contributed to some loss also. As a reputed software company like marg we expect the same level of service which is our right. Kindly revert to this message as soon as possible so that we can execute our further process.
