I had requested a repair for my AC on 9 March 2023. After technician visit they informed me that PCB need to replaced as the original PCB is damaged. They said the PCB is not under warranty so I need to pay for it. I agreed and told them to replace it after that 1 month later on 17th April 2023 they visited and replaced the PCB but the AC still showed error in presence of the technician . So the technician said he would resolve the issue the next day that is 18 April but now it's 20 April already but no resolution done and also they took the whole payment on 17 April ( approx 10000 ). The technician is not picking up calls and Marq customer care is only giving next date by one another. Was this information helpful? |
