I had purchased the product, order Id : OD[protected]
It went under repair and technician visit, post which the product should have been picked up. The flipkart delivery team denied 1st time telling original box is not there. Then marq team told me to wrap and keep with any other carton box(which is not my usual business by the way), but still wrapped and kept. Second delivery pick up attempt denied saying the back end did not update. It is been 50 days and the issue is not resolved. It is an household item sitting in my home. The story repetition atleast 50 times with the customer service both flipkart and marq. This has become usual business to call and wait 48 hours, the customer service repeating same crap over and over again. Kindly just intitate the refund and pick up. No email updates from your end is really bad service. I definetly dont need any replacement, i have purchased some other product given your service understanding. Please provide with an jobsheet that i can upload to flipkart team. The customer went through and still going through hell of trouble. Great job, thanks. Was this information helpful? |
