Sir, I want to tell you that I am a customer of your product. I purchased your brand's washing machine 3 years ago. I have been facing some issues in this washing machine for 2-3 months and I registered a complaint to your customer support then they sent me a mechanic for servicing. The mechanic said that a product failed in this washing machine, and we will order it. After that, he took Rs1000 in advance from me and said for a total of Rs2200, after 10 to 12 days they came with the product and installed it and took a total amount of Rs3000 and also didn't give me any bill or invoice of product. The next day, my washing machine was not working. After that I called him directly and told all the issues. They told me that ' I am coming '. He had not come. I complained again to your customer service, but your mechanic cancelled it as the model no. of the washing machine is not matching but when your executive checked it then the model no. is totally fine. I complained many times to your customer support and now I am tired. This is a fraud case, and I have been exasperating for many days about this problem.
