I purchased a fully automatic front load washing machine from Flipkart.
The company was Marq by Flipkart. It was purchased on Oct 2020 and now its out of warranty. When i contacted Flipkart customer care they provided the toll free number for Jeeves service team. I have contacted Jeeves, but they are not providing service since the warranty period is over. They are instructing to go for local service. But i need Marq authorized service...

I had requested a repair for my AC on 9 March 2023. After technician visit they informed me that PCB need to replaced as the original PCB is damaged. They said the PCB is not under warranty so I need to pay for it. I agreed and told them to replace it after that 1 month later on 17th April 2023 they visited and replaced the PCB but the AC still showed error in presence of the technician . So the technician said he would resolve the issue...

Recently bought an Ac not cooling properly. Now want to return it. But they want to replace it. I don't want this brand any more. Want my refund of installation. Please help. Feel like cheated.

I want to claim warranty on my washing machine for the repair of the faulty washer and dryer safety door/shutter. I tried contacting them on their email but they are not replying me. The last response I received from them was 4 days ago and I had first contacted them over a week ago. The complaint has not even been addressed let alone resolved.

I have purchased marq 1.5 ton 3 star split ac on flipkart with order id:od[protected]. The order date is[protected]. The ac is not working properly. I have raised complaint to marq customercare. Technician came and said gas was not there in the cylinder and gas leakage was there in the ac. Marq technician came and installed the ac. It is their fault without installing properly. They are saying gas filling charges will be applicable....

I purchased a ac from Flipkart and it was delivered on 29/5/2019 and install on 02/6/2019 after that it start showing e6 error first ly I thought it was minnor problem may occur from remote so I just called the technician and the technician doing today tomorrow and after feding up I informed Flipkart on 12/6/2019 on feedback section about the problem.and also called company customer service department they lodge a complain complain no was 9F13-36474HOGSCT-9457531.after repeated visit by technician of verious level we come to know that the Mather board was not working and it was informed on 18/6/2019.in the meantime I repeatedly asking help from Flipkart and the marq company and they are just kicking my out. Now on 19/6/2019 company asked me to repair the ac then only it possible otherwise we can't do anything from you.now I just shooked why I am going to take repair product, why I am not being replaced, what is my fault in such situations I asked .they replied by saying 'we can't replace or refund we can only repair if you want to do it then we will going to arrange other we just closed the called, after selling we don't take responsibility'.Now I feel very much helpless ...I purchased it at Rs 28999/-.for my baby who is now just 1month old .I brought the ac by borrowing form my friend.now please help us by solving the issue and someone please tolled me what was my fault everything done by Thier technician even if packaging was broken by Thier technician.infact not a single day I have used it then why I am going for repair .
