Marq By Flipkart — Manufactiring of refrigerator stopped by marq

I purchased a Marq 468L Frost free Side by side Refrigerator on 10 May 2023 through Flipkart for Rs.34879/- + 1000 installation.
Our fridge started having cooling issues on 25 Jun 2025, after regular complaints with the customer care on 21 Jun 25 (Claim ID CLAFLK[protected]), and on 25 Jun 25 (FLRM-2TO97T-1WAIAM-NR5J0B-WCUKRCF) and 6 Jul 25 Claim ID FLRM-DR2TIX-OVECFJ-BO23Q2-TUMST5S and visited on 8 Jul 25.Then after 10 more days service person came checked(Rs.650/- as service charge paid) and said faulty thermostat to be replaced for which he will raise request which will take 10 days. Later there was no communication and waited for the parts from Bengaluru. After repeated calls to customer care and technician no response regarding the parts replacement .In between no one has called me or taken any feedback. The customer care service is the worst ever response. On 14 Jul when I contacted them they said the parts are not available and the refund will be given. I asked why I did not order the parts and why I should get a replacement. Then asked for a senior manager or a team lead to give me clarity for which they denied and also not red Flagged the issue. They said as usual 10 days will take for any reply. This is the sentence I get when I make a call to customer care: 10 days for repair, 10 days for reply on refund and never get a call back. After almost more than 30 days I made a call to the customer service center on 28 Jul 25 to ask the status I had requested for more than 15 minutes and pleaded at the customer executive to connect to any senior as this being the second time I am requesting last time also no one called me nor connected . Later someone else spoke in Hindi and said you will get 20, 000/- as a refund for the fault of their product .In between the consumer grievance complaint raised on 17 Jul 25 was turned down due to no proper documents or information. As we stay in Chennai, present climatic conditions cannot be survived without a fridge, but such irresponsible behavior from the customer care executive. The fridges are only 2 years old, being a customer where will we get the solution for this. Is Marq brand which runs a scam and extract money from the customer by not having the parts of the product they manufacture. Customer care is appointed to trouble the customer by not giving any reply or solution to the customer. ( Can provide the audio proof ) also about the conversation. The agony and pain suffered in addition to the monetary loss due the preserving of the fresh product in absence of a fridge in a family at this era is unexpectable. such kind of ill-treatment should not happen to any one through this brand. consumer care was called but no response only saying with in 48 hours will reply but no calls thrice i called they are cheating on it clearly.
