Marrow — My account is locked

I am using marrow videos since may 2020 and i have 1 year subscribtion but today my account get blocked. I am not able to log in my account .please unlock my account as soon as possible on email id [protected]@gmail.com otherwise I will take legal actuon against your team for not allowing me to watch videos instead of having full payment
