Despite attempts …They were not able to deliver a wallpaper that was not damaged . They forced us to accept the one available and further damaged it during installation leaving black marks due to glue. When questioned them they said it will go away in 3 days or we else we should try to clean on our own. After 3 days, obviously the glue marks remained and I called them requesting to clean it as they are experts and I didn’t want to touch it. They sent a person who tried cleaning the glue which ended up discolouring the wallpaper and now left white marks . They are not ready to answer our calls and after keeping us on hold for many days stating they are discussing the matter with director for refund now they are saying there is no mistake and they will not refund.
