Maruti Driving School — Regarding the Unethical Behaviour of Maruti Driving School (RMJ)Bhopal.

Dear Team Maruti Suzuki,

This is in regards with the ruthless behaviour and unethical policies of RMJ Maruti Driving School Bhopal where they will make you join the driving school and will never make you aware about their unethical rules and regulations at the time of joining. After watching an add on social networking site regarding the Maruti Driving School I decided to make my wife get trained at RMJ Maruti Driving school Bhopal On 1st January 2026. I paid the entire course fees of Rs. 4000 in advance, after completion of 7 days training on Simulator System, on road car training was supposed to be started and on first day we went for the on road training to a place behind the BHEL plant which was like an nomen’s land and was an jungle type of place. On the second day when me and my wife went to the showroom for the on road driving, I was been very rudely told by the Instructor Vinita on the exit door that we can not allow you to go with your wife on the road side training as it’s our policy and it cannot be changed if you want to continue it’s fine or else I can leave, I even told them that yesterday I went for the same so what’s wrong with it. And I don’t find it comfortable to send my wife alone on such places for training which are kind of a jungle. Ever the driver or the on road trainer was comfortable to take me on the road side training and I was been told that as per per the rules and policies of Maruti training we are ready to loose the customer but not the rules and SOP.
Their was a time when Maruti was customer centric but as your business is now much settled so you are least bothered about the customer satisfaction. And the staff of your RMJ Maruti Training School Bhopal is Rude and are not at all customer centric.

We were bound to leave the training in between the session as safety and self respect is more important for us.

We know that loosing an customer is nothing for the Maruti Suzuki but if you continue with this type of SOPs and Staff very soon customer will lose trust on your services

I am posting this on all the social platforms so that everyone should be aware of the unethical behaviour and poor services of the RMJ Maruti Driving School Bhopal and also will take legal action against the staff of your showroom for the misbehaviour they did in front of everyone in the showroom.
