Maruti Insurance — Delay in receiving certificate for renewal of insurance | |||
I had made a payment of Rs.4500/-(The amount as confirmed after discount) by cheque towards the renewal of insurance POLICY NO[protected] of my car no-WB/06/9546 in favour of Bhandari Automobiles kolkata and my cheque cleared and credited dated 24/10/2016. My policy expires on 07/11/2016, but till date I have neither got .the soft copy of the renewed policy, nor get any confirmation call.
