Maruti Insurance — insurance details not showing on parivahan site

I logged a call at your customer support desk on the 30th of jan 2020 stating that the details are not reflecting on parivahan site as attached. I have called them a number of times but the only answer i get is they will forward the request and it will be updated. As i write there has been no change. Can you initiate this process o[censored]pdating or let me know whom i can speak to, to get this updated at the earliest? Appreciate it if the same could be communicated with me at the earliest.
