[Resolved]  Maruti Insurance — no NCB refund

i got my car insurance renewed from C M MOTORS CHANDIGARH for the period 22 April 2013 to 21 April 2014 but NCB was not given i paid full amount Rs. 6315/-. The dealer promised that refund of NCB will be made with in 10 working days which is not done till date. Every time I enquire dealer makes false promise. please do the needful. Further I state if this problem is not solved by 18 April 2014 I shall go to consumer court.
