Maruti Insurance — poor/fraud insurance services | |||||
My car (Vitara breeza zdi rj13cb8665) met with an accident a few days ago. It was hit by a bus and an autorikshaw from the side. Fortunately, nobody was hurt. On 5 june, 2018 i gave my car for repairaing at audi motors workshop (Netewala, sriganganagar, 335001) as it is under insurance. I was looking forward for complete support from the team but i guess my assumptions were wrong. The survey i received for my car was from national insurance co. Ltd under maruti insurance. Shockingly, the surveyor denied that my car was hit from the right side and provided claim only for left side of the car. Though i was very unsatisfied from his survey but being a doctor i left for an emergency and agreed with them to change the bumper and repair only left side of the car. They asked me to collect my car back on 8 june, 2018. I went there and was shocked to see such poor workmanship. Issues with the repair : 1. Though the car bumper was changed, the alignment of the bumper was very poor. It had gaps and fitting issues. 2. The dent arjacent to the bumper was not touched at all. 3. Scratches due to auto rikshaw hit were as it is (Not touched) 4. Scratches on the left side of the body which the surveyor claimed to fix were as it is. 5. The 40k worth accessory that was tamperd were removed. When i asked who is going to fit all these, as a solution the reply i got was "we will provide double side tape, go to showroom we don't fix this." at this point i was completely agitated. I mean what is the meaning of investing in 11 lakh worth maruti suzuki car and insurance if in the end i have to deal with such poor customer service and issues. What made me more agitated was the rude behavior and illogical response that received from mr. Umesh sidana. He blatantly refused to come to any conclusion and rudely told me that he can't do anything and replied "it's your car do complain whatever i don't care". I hope some positive actions will be taken and i will be claimed the insurance adn services i pay for. I hope to hear from you soon else i will be forced to take strict actions against you. Agent name Narendra Phone : [protected] is not polite at all in the customer conversation. Had bad experience with car insurance claim agent. Requesting Maruthi Insurance to hire best employees to support customers needs.

Bad customer service. I request for a full claim without any parital paymenr from me. Since this is a breach in contract.
