Maruti Suzuki — Ac compressor repair

Dear All,

This is with Regards to My Swift Dezire -AP10AZ1189, i have been servicing at maruti Auhorized dealer -Varun Motors from past 3 Years, as i have problem with My car, i took this 3 times in the last 1 year on the same issue

but they were doing minor repairs and giving back the vehicle to me which again giving problem in 3-6 Months time

Now on Feb 7th 2015 i took the vehicle to varun motors they say the AC compressor Noise is coming and i need to change the Compressor which costs me 20k-30k

I have been complaining on My ac, but they never reacted to that on top of it, now they are saying even though my vehicle is under warranty till Dec 2015/80K kms range, they are on my back asking money, even though local Maruti people are not supporting

as this is due to poor service given to my car and now my AC compressor are not working, what kind of action i need to take on them
