Maruti Suzuki — Cancellation for Extended warranty.

Dear Sir, Greetings for the day!!! This is with regards to the below problem that we faced from Hare Krishna Auto Pvt Ltd. We have an Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VXI on the name of Liladhar Thakkar with Car Number plate No : MH-46-AL-3420 . Today i.e. 23/02/2015 we have given our car for 1st service at Hare Krishna Auto Pvt Ltd at Bhandup (East). We had faced very bad issue with them so herein i am writing a mail so that we can get your support and positive revert from your end. At the service centre we were given detail about extended warranty programme from Maruti. But the representative did not had the cost for the same. So he was suppose to revert back on that. After that when we went for delivery of the car there the representative name make us sign some documents and asked for the total amount along with the extended warranty which he already punched into the system. After knowing about extended warranty what exactly it is we didn't find this facility for our benefit and that was not necessary to buy that. So we asked the representative to cancel that as we didn't require. But instead of helping us these people talked very rudely and asked us to pay forcefully for the same. As we saw the terms and conditions mentioned in the certificate it does not state anywhere that this is non cancellable so we requested them to show where the cancelation policy is mentioned. But instead of helping these people reverted that you will have to make a payment or else we won't deliver you the car and you can do whatever you want to. These comment to us was not at all acceptable. so we asked to police help. Then the police gave the mid way solution that currently issue the cheque as security to Hare Krishna auto pvt ltd and bring this thing into Maruti Suzuki's notice to get final solution on this. So we hereby request you to please help us for the same and ask Hare Krishna Auto pvt ltd to cancel the extended warranty for us and return the cheque that have been given as security. Hope we will get a positive reply from your end and will be treated as an valued customer of Maruti family and not be treated in the way like Hare Krishna Auto Pvt Ltd treated us.
