Maruti Suzuki India — Car self starter problem

I have Maruti Celerio diesel version 2015 model VDI.

Self starter carbon holder broken, it is a small child part of the whole self starter assembly.

This part is not available from Maruti. Maruti & its service provider Beekay Auto, Asansol telling that instead of the child part the whole assembly need to be changed. The child part may cost 700-800 Rs but the whole assembly cost is Rs 10, 000/-.

Company intentionally forcing customer to change the whole self starter assembly.

My car is lying uselessly for last 2 months.

This is not the business ethics rather cheating to the customer.
