Maruti Suzuki India — cheated by - jamkash vehicleades nexa jammu - delivered faulty car - now harassing by using all its power

Jamkash vehicleads pvt ltd, nexa, jammu have done cheating with me by delivering defective baleno car. Raised it to mr shiv pushp territory service manager-nexa and sachin ahuja regional service manager-nexa, rishab sharma tsm – nexa north 2 but seems their intention is to hide this act of nexa dealer. Got delivery of faulty baleno car with steering, clutch, brake and suspension issue, compliaining from very first day about clutch but seems this is trend of maruti company to cheat customers, all instances with proof mail sent to md of company mr k ayukawa, not a single call received from company, pathetic customer care, fraud dealers, even md not responding, went to service centre with steering, clutch, brake and suspension issue in my car and got job sheet no jc18000522 on 27/07/2018. Surprisingly service center closed my job sheet no jc18000522 without my consent/knowledge. They forcefully closed my steering, suspension and brakes issue. The opened new forged job sheet no jc18000717 without my knowledge/consent on 08/08/2018 and mentioned only clutch hard issue in that. They forged job sheet to hide issue of steering, suspension and brakes in my car. Sent a lot of mails to md mr k ayukawa, istead of resolution i am getting calls from police station and dealer approaching my seniors in office as he has good approach and trying to threat me so that i take compliant back. Dealer is renowned person of jammu and trying every possible way to harass me and even md of company is aware of this as i have wrote every thing in mails. Dealer forcefully told me to take faulty vehicle from showroom and sent notice to me. Dealer was in such a hurry to deliver faulty car that he released vehicle without rto registration. Got compliant no from company but for no use. Compliant no is nx[protected], earlier compliant no is nx[protected].

Please help as i am normal person and have spend my hard earned money to purchase this car.
