Maruti Suzuki India — ciaz, my ac direction button didn't work.

When i brought new ciaz car after six months later my car ac wind direction botton didn't work. I take my car at your service center. Your service providers told me that this botton cannot be fixed, we replaced this at 2k cost.
But my car is in warranty period. And this is manufactured defect.
So plz replace this or fix this at no cost.
And i also wanna tell you that your service center always try to fix all car at some cost. Some problems in cars can be fix easily. But your service center always try to make some money by replacing parts. They take no pain to fix it.
