Maruti Suzuki India — clutch plate changed but not satisfied.

My maruti swift vehicle no. Ka 03 mt 4943 was given for service on 20th august 2017 the complaint was break was hard and it becomes silent on certain occasion the adviser at bimal auto agency mahadevapura whitefield bangalore 560048 advised me to replace the clutch plate on his adv ice i agreed to replace the clutch the clutch plate was replaced and at the time of delivery of the vehicle he told that gear leaver is having some problem i e before leaving for service the gear leaver was working fine on several occasion i complained whenever they called for feedback regarding service of the vehicle that the gear is not working properly and it is loose. When i apply 1st gear it was coming in the direction of 3rd gear. They told that they will pick the vehicle for rectification they have not picked the vehicle on 25th november my vehicle was stopped moving after reaching my office at koramangala. Bangalore i had to call bimal for towing my vehicle to bimal auto agency hal airport road for rectifying the problem they advised me to change the gear leaver i agreed to change the gear leaver at the time of delivering the vehicle they advised me to change the clutch plate when the clutch was changed the reading was 25888 and when the gear leaver was changed the milometer reading was 26312 the vehicle was run only 424 kilo meter please let me know whether we have to change the clutch plate once in 500 km i doubt that the my vehicle was not fitted with genuine maruti accessories i e clutch plate why the gear leaver was not rectified at the time of changing the clutch plate. If they have changed the gear leaver at that time i would have saved the towing charge of rs. 835 hence i request you to take my vehicle and replace with the original genuine maruti clutch plate when they are checking the clutch please ask them to check the gear leaver and brake also
Also i suggest when certain parts are not working replace the same under intimation to the customer
