Maruti Suzuki India — complaint against poddar car world - coochbehar regarding insurance policy | |||
Dear sir, With due respect i want to inform you that i have purchased a new dezire zxi+ from poddar car world, coochbehar. After one year when i have come to claim for my vehicle damage with the insurance policy at a maruti authorisded service station, they informed me that there is a problem in insurance policy& insurance company also informed me. I have paid premium for 1st party insurance for three years with nil depreciation cover. But the insurance policy given to me by poddar car world at the time of delivery is covered 1st party for 1st year only and the rest two years are 3rd party coverage only. In this situation i have to repair my vehicle on own expenses due to such fake policy given to me. I am demanding to poddar car world to resolve the issue and arrange cover the said policy as stated to me at the time of delivery and also bear the repairing expenses of my vehicle. As a largest vehicle selling company in india, this is very poor practice by their selling dealer. Please kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve immediately.
