Maruti Suzuki India — Complaint on defective car sale - Maruti Suzuki ERTIGA ZXI (O) CNG 1.5 L - Amar Cars Karelibaug Vadodara

Dear Maruti Suzuki Customer Care Manager,
This is to bring to your notice- I undersigned Vishwajit Prakash More has purchases Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZXI (O) CNG 1.5 L, MID NIGHT BLACK (GJ-06-PS-6655) delivered on date : 11.08.2024, just purchase & came to home staying 4.5 KM away from showroom -Somatalav Vadodara, I kept car covered in parking car cover was purchase from showroom amar car- on 3rd day i.e 13.08.2024 when I opened cover – color defect (color peel off) observed immediately I went to showroom & reported issue to sales person Mr.Jignesh Patel & Quality Manager Ms.Deepti Shrivastava – they both denied saying this has happened during driving, I urge them but in any circumstance they didn’t accept the issue
Then forcefully, I told them to do rectify the same by some touching of black color, they denied the same saying black color is currently not available, I took continuous follow-up for 22 days but no feedback received from amar cars.
Later on I gave car for 1st service on 21.09.2024 -Mr. Hardik Prajapati (Service attendant) made service entry & during conversation I asked him how to protect this color, he said we must apply Teflon coating which will help to safeguard color from rust same was done on 22.09.2024, but after teflon coating color peel off (color defect) was spotted on 8 different location on bonnet, I tried to complaint quality manager Mr.Gunjan but he denied saying Ms. Deepti will handle this case, then further I approach Mr.Ashish Vikamsi (showroom manager) & Mr.Prakash Dube (Work Station Manager) they told will call paint supplier who is supplying paint to Maruti Suzuki & perform color test.
This test information was given to me on 23.09.2024 at 12 pm by Hardik Prajapati during discussion, later on I call Mr.Jignesh Patel & told that I will complaint to Maruti Suzuki as I need some Maruti customer care manager during this test & suddenly after this conversation 1 clarification email was received from Ms.Deepti Shrivastava at 2 pm stating that this has happened during driving email attached
Vendor (Person) who is supplying paint to Maruti – as stated by amar cars -came on 24.09.2024 at 11:30 am and perform check – reading came from 78 -124 micron thickness ( don’t know vendor name) when I asked Prakash Dube for complaint reference number he said, I will receive within 2 days.
It clearly seems that Amar cars (Maruti Suzuki) also ethics of Maruti Suzuki seems to loosed & has done fraud with me by selling defective car
1) Defect on bonnet might have happened during transit.
2) Defect of color peel-off happened due to moisture contain.
3) Some color rework is being performed on car by Amar cars
Request to please investigate this matter and provide clear justice, worst experience with Maruti Suzuki car purchase.
