Maruti Suzuki India — Delay & No information of RC transfer of True Value Vehicle

Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Rajdeep Bhattacharjee would hereby like to complaint about not getting any information of RC Transfer Status of my purchase of pre-owned TrueValue Certified Vehicle from Bhandari Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Birati on date 18.06.2021. The car I purchased was of Model Wagon R VXi and White Color. It was mentioned in the Customer Docklet that the approximate time of RC Transfer is 180 days which is completing within a week from today, but as of now no information has been received by me regarding this. I have no idea how to track the application since it was made from the dealers end. They have also taken 17000 for this RC Transfer Procedure.

Me being a PSU employee, Im entitled to get Fuel Reimbursement every month but due to current RC Situation, I’m also not able to claim those from my corporation. Kindly do the needful so that this situation can be resolved. I have full faith on the Govt and Law.
