Maruti Suzuki India — Denied cashless facility

Dear sir,

I would like to inform that on 18th December
2020 a truck hit my car UP85BE0043.

I filed an FIR for security reasons,
but there was no third party bodily injury or death in the accident.

There is no court case in the process against me & my car,
but workshop is denieing cash less facility and telling me that they can't keep my car at their place for longer.

It has been more than 1 month but the repairing work has not started in my car.

Due to covid 19 issues i am not capable to get repaired my car in cash. It has been more than a month .

My humble request to please help me to provide cashless facility .

It will be so kind of you . Thank you!
