Maruti Suzuki India — disbursement for old vehicles...

This is to bring your kind attention that i have given my swift vdi, registration number wb02aa5131, engine no # 903753, chassis no # 92635 to maruti true value under dewar's garage ltd (4a, council house street, kolkata-700001, on 20/11/2018.

I have given my vehicle for exchange purpose for new swift vxi registration number wb 02an 4974.

The thing is that i had submitted my vehicle almost 16 days back and they told us by within 7 days will disburse the amount to my account but still they did not complete the things. Not only their respective general manager namely joseph lindsay (True value), rubi khatoon their assistant working dewar's garage ltd, not attending our calls and even always denying to disburse our amount by giving only time commitment.

Also general manager namely mr. Rahul for dewar's garage ltd now saying that he is not from the same department means he is not favoring to resolve our issues. I have already submitted my vehicle and all vehicles related documents and took the new one also after paying final amount. Total valuation for vehicle was rs 2, 20, 000/- (Two lakh twenty thousand), i supposed received my vehicle valuation amount rupees 1, 58, 000/- (One lakh fifty eight thousand only), after paying rs 62000/- (Sixty two thousand) remaining amount for my new car, which i am not able get it till now. Even i visited their office today but nobody responded well to us.

Please advise did i make a mistake by choosing maruti as its going to be my first maruti new car as i was using earlier tata vehicles or i had reached wrong dealer, as i am completely fed-up with this harassment.

I am attaching my all supportive documents for my complaint. Please do the needful on urgent basis.
