Maruti Suzuki India — fire in new big wagonr 2019

While traveling from Naraina to AIIMS by my car DL11CB7386, just before Motibagh Metro Intersection, two policemen pulled my husband out from my vehicle as a thick smoke was coming from engine. He was driver of the car that time. The vehicle was burning by that time. I am thankful to almighty for timely arrival of policemen on duty who saved me. The vehicle was purchased on 31st July 2019 from Maruti Suzuki India Limited and was repaired twice for some manufacturing defects by company people at my residence. Then in first service shocker was replaced and the power window was not functional. After several complaints and visits, finally the company retained my vehicle for two days and repaired the same and still it was not working properly. The company people assured me that they will repair it in third service. Also there were few other sounds coming along with some other defects, which were to be checked in third service. The vehicle I bought, is a defective one because before first service the complications are there and I expect that the company has released it without much research. Hence putting human lives in danger.

So it's my request to refund my money immediately. I don't need this vehicle any more. Hence, i request you to persue the issue further with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, to prevent any further mishappening. As this model has has several snags and defects, i need my money back.
