Maruti Suzuki India — fog light switch not available in celerio zxi (o)

I have purchased maruti model celerio zxi (O) from premsons motor kake road ranchi on 14.03.2018 bearing engine no k10bn2118280 chassis no ma3etde1s00503426. As per specification the vehicle is in built fog light, the fog light is available but on/off switch is not available in side the car.
Pls look into matter and resolve the problem

Sir, I had purchased a celerio zxi (o) during DEC 16 from Tricity auto, zirakpur Punjab, after 6 month rust found in disk outer area and complain the same at Tricity auto, they are not taking any action and told me informed to MSIL, invoice and photo attach,

I have booked celerio vxi cng in feb 2018 but till date not received car or delivery date ask to dealer he say inform to two to three days but no call . So i very disappoint, what is your booking policy ? how to treat customer from dealer ?
