Dear Ms.Vanitha,
We have remitted money on 05.10.2019 and the same day sent mail with bank debit details, thereafter we keep asking you by phone but, you are asked on Monday UTR number. The same also yesterday 11 am sent by whatsapp. After that today we made many calls and you responded two calls only.
While discussing again you are asking the reference UTR number, I don’t know may be your attitude like. Whenever I ask money receipt, again you are asking the UTR number.
I totally disappointed about your behavior, such a important position how can you behave like this. Enclosed Whatsapp communication also.
NEFT- UTR No: VIJBH[protected] INR 21, 678 transferred from INDPELKEMICA – Vijaya bank account to Pillai & sons motor company on 05.10.2019.
Till today you are not confirmed our money receipt. I know Pillai & sons never keep a efficient staff to handle insurance matters, that again it was proved. While speaking, you said going to confirm 5 PM today our money receipt. I have all communication recording, if you need I can provide that also.
