Maruti Suzuki India — New Car Swift dzire accident

Hi, my car met with accedient on March 10th night i have given to bhargavi Maruti Suziki(Bhargavi auto mobiles pvt ltd) renugunta road, tirupati its been 70+ days still the car didn't deliver even team is not responding they said will give by 16 april not it is may 19th still they didnt deliver is it maruti problem or dealer problem because of these it problems to us one month or 40 days should be okay but these many days they are saying next week when we call them again they are saying next week its really annoying to us.i need imediate solution and delivery of the car.maruti we purchased because of things will happen fast but never expected these
