Maruti Suzuki India — Poor response from vehicle and authorised service center
Dear maruti team,
Greetings of the day
I am pankaj kumar Ujjaliya your very old and loyal customer.
Recently i have purchased one of your best selling car i.e. Breeza.
Before this i was using Ritz.
Now i am very disappointed with your services as well as product quality. I like to withdraw your attantion
1) i purchased a new brezza zxi vehicle no (MP 09 ZT 8856) from Patel moters Indore on Date 20 July 2023.
Just after my purchase i met with an accident only after 15 days. It was minor road accident.
I dropped my breeza at Ocean Moters depalpur ( Indore) as you are aware that i am entitled for cashless service but your authorised workshop ( Ocean Motors) charged me and and asked me to get reimbursement of the charged amount .sill not received rembursment.
2) i have availed first free service at Patel moters after 1000km. After that i was going to jaipur by breeza with my family but all of sudden my car stated getting overheated and coolant started overflowing.
so i dropped my car at Perm moters Jaipur (again authorised dealer) .
3) They checked my vechal and their technicians told me that nither Patel Motors Indore nor Ocean Motors Depalpur done their job perfectly and done justification with their work .
Now please clear my doubt who is responsible for this inconveniences . As i state that i was travelling with my family i.e. 2 kids & wife .
If any misfortune happened with me our my family who was going to pay .
I just wanted to know who is responsible.
Patel moters Indore, Ocean Moters Depalpur or myself as being a loyal customer i again purchased Maruti car.
i belong to a middle class and invested my whole savings for my dream car BREEZA.
But this incident has broken my trust with Maruti car as well as your service partner.
Now i feel like i have been cheated. Just because of irresponsible behaviour of your two authorised workshop i can loose my every thing since my family is everything for me and i belive this goes well on everyone.
Now i dnt want to continue with this car and dnt want to put my family in danger so i have decided to return my dream car Breeza at your showroom and wanted all my hard core money back .
So kindly guide my how i can get my entire reimbursement .
So please return this car and give all my money back.
As being a loyal customer i always encourage my friends as well as my teammates to purchase Maruti car but i think this incident has changed my mind towards India's No. Car company.
I hope you will help me to continue my faith on your organisation and resolve my issue by returning your product.
I am eagerly waiting for your positive response otherwise it will force me to take legal action against all responsible person who headed me as well as my whole family in this danger and life threatening situation.
