Maruti Suzuki India — Poor Steering Returnability issue

I am facing steering return ability issue (MH14-FG7653)
Steering doesn't return to it's center position at all. Complained to dealer, regional office at pune also to maruti suzuki. But nobody is interested in resolution of customer issues. They are interested in keeping their dealer safe.
They Don't care about customers.

Please spread our posts as much as possible so that maruti has to look into the matter.

Updated by pspatilpune Hi I have purchased maruti ciaz vxi+ on 13th jan-2016. Since begining i noticed that the steering is too heard and has no return ability at all.
I have contacted to service station for resolution. but they are unable to resolve the problem. then I have raised my concern to maruti suzuki regional office as wll as maruti suzuki customer care.
there is no response at all from maruti suzuki customer care. regional officer sent me an email mentioning that they had checked all the steering parameters and they found OK.
No the issue is if the parameters are Ok then how there is no proper function of steering. I am frustrate by purchasing ciaz. and most wondering thing is maruti has no care about customer complaints.

I have no satisfied ur bodyshop sevice my car PB65AC7007 swift accident 6.1.17 i reac ur work shop cm auto sales kharar but cars parts not aviable ur work shop and not delivered wont 1 week so i am not satisfied maruti body shop sevice
