My alto car met with accident on the night of december 04, 2017 and was toed to your authorized dealer m/s automotive manufacturer private limited, nerul on december 5, 2017 morning. The corrected alto was handed over to me on about mid january 2018, for trial. On inspection, it was found many discrepancies in over all functioning of the car and was assured to get the complainants rectified at the earliest. Meanwhile i got the alto serviced at the afore mentioned dealer's service section. However the car in subject deteriorated in functionality and resubmitted for the correction on february 24, 2018 to the body shop section of above referred authorized dealer. Surprisingly i am not getting correct access or the correct reason of delay in getting the repairs done neither i get the logical answers from the personnel related to the repairs. I love my alto and since the executives of the body shop section are negligent to my concerns towards the alto, i see forward for competent authorities in maruti to look in to severe grievance of mine and get it redressed at your point and at your earliest.
