Maruti Suzuki India — Rear axle beam of maruti suzuki swift desire

My swift dezire vxi is about 4years old. Started hearing noise from the rear some 6months back. The mechanic said the axle beam is to be replaced. And he said that he had seen the same problem in 4-5 other swifts also. Another mechanic said the same. Is this a common fault? It is hard to believe that maruti does so. Please let me know the number of this axle beam. Please send a photo if possible.

I have given my car for servicing . But they have not done servicing properly. I have doubt that they chang the spare parts inside the engine or not i don't know. Whom shall i contact to give complint on this issue
