Maruti Suzuki India — Refund issue

The issue started with an old car. After that, Asif, the salesman, sent me to the Pantha Chowk Nexa office. There, I was made to wait for 2 hours, after which I was introduced to a Sajad Ahmad, an accountant, who filled out another refund form and gave a timeframe of 5 days. However, the refund still didn't come, and after that, Sajad Ahmad stopped receiving my calls. I have proof of this, including call details and screenshots, everything. After that, in October, I spoke to customer care, who arranged a callback from the office from someone named Sheikh, who said the refund would be processed in 1 week, but even after that, it's been a month and still no refund has been issued. Because of this refund issue, I've had to make several trips to their office and have incurred even more expenses. Now, my request to you is to please give me justice and ensure that the company processes my refund and reimburses all the expenses incurred as soon as possible because I also belong to a middle-class family, and every minute and every penny matters a lot to me. I hope I will get justice from you. Thank you.

Mera naam faisal hai ma bemina srinagar ka rehne wala hu. Maine june 2025 ko ek gaadi book ki thi jisma Maine 5000 booking amount aur 8000 se 9000 tak ka document charge aur baki charges diye. Uske baad maine sir woh wali gaadi cancel ki aur maruti suzuki ki policy ke hisab se 1 ya 2 weeks ma refund aajana chahiye.. Uske baad september ma Maine dusri gaadi book ki jisma mujse dubara charges liye documentation etc ke liye. Uske baad maine dusri baar gaadi leli aur company ke asif salesman ne kaha 1 week ma refund aajayega lekin 4 months se zyada hogye lekin refund nahi aaya purani gaadi ka. Uske baad muje asif salesman ne pantha chowk nexa office bheja.. Waha muje phle 2 hour tak wait karaya uske baad kisi sajad ahmad accountant se milaya jisne dubara ek refund form bara aur 5 duys ka time diya lekin fr b refund nahi aaya aur uske baad sajad ahmad ne meri calls receive nahi ki. Jiska mere pass proof ha call details form and screenshots sab kuch. Uske badd Maine october Maine customer care se baat ki unhune call back wapas karaya office se kisi akele sheikh se aur usne kaha 1 week ma refund ho jayega lekin uske baad b 1month hogya aur aj tk koi refund nahi aaya.. Is el refund ki wajah se muje inke office ke kahi chakar khane pade aur isse kahi zyada kharcha b hogya. Ab meri request apse yehi ha ki please muje insaaf de aur muje apna refund aur jo b kharcha hua ha woh company jald se jald kare kyuki ma b ek middle class family se mere liye har ek minute aur har ek paisa bohat mayne rakhta ha. Mai umeed karta hu ki muje apse insaf mil jayega. Thank you so much
