The issue started with an old car. After that, Asif, the salesman, sent me to the Pantha Chowk Nexa office. There, I was made to wait for 2 hours, after which I was introduced to a Sajad Ahmad, an accountant, who filled out another refund form and gave a timeframe of 5 days. However, the refund still didn't come, and after that, Sajad Ahmad stopped receiving my calls. I have proof of this, including call details and screenshots, everything. After that, in October, I spoke to customer care, who arranged a callback from the office from someone named Sheikh, who said the refund would be processed in 1 week, but even after that, it's been a month and still no refund has been issued. Because of this refund issue, I've had to make several trips to their office and have incurred even more expenses. Now, my request to you is to please give me justice and ensure that the company processes my refund and reimburses all the expenses incurred as soon as possible because I also belong to a middle-class family, and every minute and every penny matters a lot to me.
